Re: Mumbai advice

Colourful, noisy, dirty, cheap and excellent food... I was there 2 days ago! Only for a short time so others will have better advice. My only recommendation would be to get a prepaid taxi at the airport (there’s a counter, 1 level down after exiting arrivals) so then you know the price. I got to the...

Agree with him being poor defensively. Looking at how we have been this season he may not have even got into our team. Technically good and I imagine he’ll be used further forward. Still young though and can improve

Why do footballers lift up their shorts?

Like when taking a set piece or waiting for a corner. Many lift up one short leg or both, is it to show off muscle? I don’t know why but it really irritates me!

If its price over speed, then I'd suggest: Manchester- Crewe using Northern Trains. Some fares as little as £3.50 single Then Crewe-Euston using West midlands trains Both these operators still offer decent advance fares on those routes. Use the various ticket splitting websites to help. But don't b...

From what I've seen, when other players have done this ubiquitous ACL injury they crumple up immediately and are in utter agony and basically can't stand up and are stretchered off. I'm thinking of Sam Vokes and Ashley Barnes as just two examples. Koleosho was clearly hurt, but actually tried to ca...

Advice welcome about how to get a train from Manchester to London that doesn’t cost the Earth. I used to split a journey via Stoke but even that’s a rip off now. I’m looking at a trip in Feb but tickets aren’t out yet, are there usually cheaper advanced tickets? Any tips please?!

It's always the referees that get called out for not spotting this. My view is they are doing their best but trying to manage a bunch of cheating prima donnas with the emphasis on the players being the spectacle - i.e. with one hand tied behind their back - is a thankless task. Who blamed Trafford? I think pointing out his distribution issues were pretty fair.

It was his poor kick initially, gave it straight back to them when the pass was square to his left. Saying that , awful defending and I think generally Trafford is doing ok
