Timpsons will do that for you, but if they require stretching quite a lot, make sure you tell them so. Vaillant have a seven year warranty now, extended to ten years if you have one of their own filter magnets fitted. Vaillant enginerrs service my boiler every year and I have found them excellent.

Another vote for Lucca here. It's a wonderful place. The only thing to watch out for when planning to travel by train is that they are prone to suffere from unannounced wildcat strikes. They seem to go on strike for the slightest things --like someone looking at em funny, etc.,

If they are both failing to work at home, maybe it's a case of someone nearby using an electronic device that interferes with the signal. I have heard of this being posible but never experiences it myself.

I think you will find that quite a few people who were afforded annual passes to the box have been gradually eased out as part of cost cutting or because they were considered superfluous in some way. When Bob was in charge he had half the Borough Council in there every week. He never did owt for now...

Billy Holt, the Todmorden author who rode across Europe on his horse, Trigger. I met him once (Billy and his horse) and he didn't seem too impressed. Just said that everyone called Holt who lived in the North of England claimed to be related to him!

Paul Emmott at the Bosch Service Centre on Lomeshaye Industrial Estate is very good at things like that. Chances are he weill have seen the problem before, maybe several times! Generally, many main stealers are very expensive and not that good.

Asuuming you can get access for a vehicle. If you have a company car with a towball or a towing eye (or know someone who has) slice the top pf the ree off at a height of four foot (ish) attach the car to the remainder with a strong towrope or chains and pull the beggars out! Worked for me!

Try the Lakeside Inn on the North prom. It's reputed to be the UK's smallest pub. Last time I went the beer was excellent. Looks like an old bus shelter. You'll probably fill it!

Saw Paul Simon on one of his last appearances in the UK at the MEN Arena in 2018. What a wonderful experience. Absolutely electriic atmosphere, in fact, the best event I have ever attended.
