Amazing really, scouts at one of the top clubs in the world obviously rate the lad and yet the experts on here don't.
Is Allison leaving?
Or Could it be Trafford replacing Kelleher, who is highly rated and should be a first choice somewhere.

If we drop:
Muric 1st choice (if he's prepared to stay).
Trafford on a half-season loan to a decent European team.
Find a club for Peacock-Farrell, free transfer?
Vigoroux as back-up.
Casper 3rd choice.

Likewise I think foster has been rushed back from his hernia, had we been sat comfortable in the table I don’t think we would have seen foster again this season That's a slightly different interpretation, though. Like I said, the conditioning staff are the ones who get to say if a player is fit eno...

At the time he came back Ekdal was injured, esteve hadn’t signed, we had O’Shea, Delcroix and al-dakhil
I still find it surprising if true.

I'm not sure 6 centre backs is needed. I suspect we'll sell at least one and possibly 2 whatever league we're in
Sell Beyer and McNally I'd guess.

Strange if true, because I would be very surprised if our fitness staff or manager would allow an unfit player to get rushed back too soon.

Every time I log in here it’s negative whining non stop even when the teams playing well. Far too many simply willing to die on their early anti VK stance.
You are not wrong.
Some of us just want the team, manager "project" to be a success.

Great result but why is he persisting with Fofana again up front. He hasn’t played well in around 3-4 games now. Foster scored last game, give him his position back up front!
i can only think it's contractural.

The problem is that Forest still have to play Sheffield United. If they win that, then we would have to beat either Newcastle or Spurs. Sheffield Utd will score against Forest, they could even hold on for a point. Luton are shagged out. We beat Newcastle and it's possible we can take it to the last...

Last 8 matches just the 1 loss
hmmmmm previous 27 with 20 losses speaks for itself
There has been all-round improvement, and an almost settled back 4.
Not decrying Muric's contribution, but the O'Shea/Esteve partnership is the best we've had.

Maybe not the same naivety we show each week at this stage of the season! Berge is certainly not an inexperienced player.
i look at it as a collective thing, it's a team.
Easy to point at individuals, actually I remember Ben Mee doing that sort of thing a few times.

Thought we played well today despite our usual naivety which seems to always result in us conceding.
Naivety is totally understandable given the very little PL experience in the squad.
These lads are learning on the job and it's starting to show.

Why change a winning side I thought Odobert & Foster with Assignon attacking down the middle would be too much for Maguire/Casemiro but no in comes Fofana. Utd where there for the taking and VK let them off the hook maybe the sea air at Brighton is clouding his thoughts.

But if its decisions are to be seen as correct then that's where it should end; the later questioning of it makes it even worse, pointless.

I think he will. Don't think people put as much store into a few bad results when the overall trend is a positive one. First season in Europe and injuries to key players, are quite important mitigating, contributory factors, to a club with a relatively small squad.

FWIW, I think his rant is because it's one of those events in a game where a Chelsea player bundling over a Burnley player is never going to be a penalty and (second) yellow card, and we all know that to be true. So rather than the ref wilfully 'cheating', he's displaying (massive) bias, and it's d...

You never mentioned the upturn in form. You said "it's become pretty obvious had Muric played all season we wouldn't even be close to the relegation zone we'd already be safe". Two very different statements.

Muric does help that partnership though - for a start they don't have to receive the ball 5-10 yards from the goalkeeper for most of the game and know that anything in the 6 yard box Muric is going to come for. Just look at the positions that our defenders take up in possession since the swap - it'...

I'm not sure the wide players should be thought of as wingers (chance providers), more as finishers.
Assignon and Taylor are more likely to provide crosses.

It's not obvious at all. Saying itvso many times doesn't make it true.
Muric's inclusion has certainly coincided with an improvement in results but let's not underestimate the improvement throughout the team, particularly the development of the defensive partnership of O'Shea and Esteve.

It's true that Sheff Utd could have been 2 or 3-0 up at half time, but that would have meant them scoring all of their chances and us missing all of ours. That's not how football works. The McBurnie chance that Muric saved with his feet really should have been scored, but I don't think any of their...
