I'm surprised, league I thought Bournemouth were interestied, much better option, better standard. Not sure how league 1 football will add much to his game Playing League One football will mean he's playing football. I'm not sure how much difference there is in playing in goal between the two divis...

Prices were going up with Avanti almost immediately. I had tickets booked with them for the Palace away game in 2020 but thankfully had booked through Virgin before the switch.

Interestingly, Brighton have announced ticket sales for their first three home games. They will be available via Apple Wallet or Google Pay. If you don't have a smart phone you must email them with a copy of your passport or driving licence along with a separate clear face pic.

Didn’t we trail it the other season in one of the stands? Seem to recall a lot of posts/complaints on here about it We did trial it in 2018/19 but introduced card payments in 2019/20 although it was an option and you could still pay cash. I'm surprised we haven't made this decision at Burnley but Blackpool confirmed yesterday that Bloomfield Road is now cashless. So if you are going tonight, please note, only card and mobile payments (Apple and Google Pay) will now be accepted when purchasing food and beverage at the kiosks.

The years playing tricks again. I did see him play at Turf Moor in the 59-60 season, a 1-0 win for us and that was an evening kick off. I thought he carried on playing but evidently not but according to my dad and older brothers a truly magnificent footballer. I never saw him play competitively but...

It's not a glitch. It's become necessary because of the behaviour of one poster who was using the edit facility to undermine the moderators.

I have therefore taken the decision for now to limit the time that a poster has to edit or delete a post.
