Just been charged with misconduct:
"It's alleged that the manager's language and/or behaviour around the 40th minute was improper and/or abusive and/or insulting towards a match official and/or questioned their integrity," an FA statement read.
Not sure what the impact of that might be.

If the fire sale is on, Berge, Brownhill, Cork may all be gone. So we might be looking at a midfield 3 of:
Cullen, Massengo, Ramsey.
It might work but looks a little lightweight.

Agree Spice, except JBL not JBG.
Thought JBL was playing really well Saturday but was hooked because of the red card (although I might have been tempted to hook Odobert under the circumstances). Anyway, think he carries more of threat than JBG and can do the defensive work.

Hand up, I was one appealing. I thought (I guess wrongly) that it had to be above the waist to pass to the 'keeper? He clearly used his knee to pass the ball back to the 'keeper. No foul huh? I'll go re-read the rule book.

Re: Foster and Beyer remain out
Agree with Goliath, I think a lot of Beyer's issues this season are because he was playing LCB. We could get away with that in the Championship, not in the PL.
Now we appear to have a solid LCB (Esteve) wouldn't mind seeing Beyer at RCB, but O'Shea is improving so Beyer may have to wait.

My view is that last season Beyer looked really good, but when he got to the PL as a right-footed CB playing on the left side, he got exposed. Now that we have Esteve, I think Beyer would be awesome as a RCB along side Esteve. BUT, O'Shea has certainly stepped up and can't see him being replaced any...
