Leeds won’t sign Roberts
No it’s a bit of a challenge.
Him and his missus seem to have quietened down the social media courting of Leeds since it was leaked they’re not interested in him.

Prepared to be shot down on this in 12 months’s time but if you think the remnants of this bunch of bottle jobs are romping the Championship as easily as some people think, I have a bridge in London to sell you.
Let’s just see.

I think the squad balance/transfer dealings weren’t good enough. Too inexperienced, too many attacking fwds. I understand the need for resale value but could we not have sacrificed a few of them for a Prem experienced CB, CM & CF? Maybe I’m being final unrealistic, but it had better chance of insta...

How many times have we seen it this season, home or away? We start off well for 15-20 mins but miss our chances, other team goes down the other end score with their first meaningful attack, we capitulate... To be fair, I think our biggest chance was a certain pen that wasn’t given. You can’t really...

Saw him play a game earlier in the year for Millwall and he was a constant threat and their best player I thought. Think he’d have a great year if playing in a team creating more chances.

Wow. Just seen the Haaland second penalty on MOTD. Can somebody tell me how that is any different to the Assignon one today? It's identical yet at City he gets sent to the screen. They really do open themselves up to the cries of big club bias with the glaring inconsistency.
Spot on.

This. I'm surprised more hasn't been made of this. I've seen it back and it's as clear a penalty as you can get and quite probably a red card but because we put in a pitiful performance thereafter it has been overlooked as if it wouldn't have mattered. It would have changed the game immeasurably at...

I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the loan “obligations” have been misreported. JBL was reported to be a cast iron obligation, but Kompany suggested it that it wasn’t a few weeks ago. I’d also be surprised if we are genuinely on the hook to pay £15m+ for Tresor. If we were, I’d have thought we’d h...

Hopefully Fofana gets the same treatment as Roberts then. Don’t want to see either again to be honest.

As the new seats are narrower wonder how much we've increased capacity No increase in capacity, apparently, which I find strange. Maybe there’s a slight decrease in the away end that balances off a small increase in home? I assume if we did the whole stand at some point there would be an increase w...

Not a terrible result for us. Everton were awful but defended resolutely, fortunately.
I still fancy Luton to stay up with their games.

Everton needing points would be far more ‘at it’ than they are tonight.
They don’t look like they’ve got another goal in them. The longer it goes on like this, I can see Luton grabbing a late winner.
Agree entirely.
They’ve been dreadful, bar some good last ditch defending.

Could have been a pen there.
More contact than Ramsey’s at Villa.
Would still be fuming if it were given against us, which underlines how terrible the Villa decision was.

I reckon Dyche doesn't give much of a flying one whether we go down, stay up or move sideways.
In his press conference in the week he described us as “a previous club”. Didn’t even name us
Like you, don’t think he cares either way now but do think he wants Everton to finish strongly.

That is my problem...train fares this weekend from Sussex £129 return. So my two seats will be empty. Was hoping to drive but the wife has other ideas.
Train fares are absolutely outrageous. I’m surprised there’s anyone on them to be honest.

See Stalbansclaret's response above.
Yeah it just seems so random that they come available in batches. Just can’t imagine 17 people suddenly decided they couldn’t attend a match three days prior. If they came available in ones and twos I’d find it more understandable.

I’m expecting the Jimmy Mac lower hospitality area to be full of Newcastle fans. Also seems to be more away fans then home fans in there. The club don’t care who is in the seats, all they care about is the money. The stewards rarely do out as they are underpaid, under trained and can’t speak much e...

Yeah agree, although spurs are'nt pulling any trees up at the moment we might get the backlash off them at their place - Newcastle although nothing to play for are one of the worst teams to play in that bracket as per 2 seasons ago - they always try - never seem to be "on the beach" probably might ...

The frustrating thing for me is that we don’t really know what we need to do because of Forests pending appeal. People keep saying it’s a ‘must win’ and obviously the way to give ourselves the best possible chance of staying up would be to win our remaining three games but if we were to go in to the...

Bizarre. How does this keep happening? Is it an attempt to make it look like there’s greater demand than there is so that people buy?

Already disliking safe standing based on those Chelsea pictures, Looks horrid, people of a certain height especially kids may have their view blocked (either by standing in front, or a rail in front if sitting), and very tall blokes may crack their head on the rail behind. Interesting words from Nuno today: “It’s difficult. We have been dealing with this situation for a while. We all expect this decision to come sooner so we are aware and we don’t know exactly how many points we have. Do we have 30, 29, 28? So we need to know as fast as possible”. Sounds like they are...

West Ham has a 60,000 stadium and generates £40 million. Newcastle 52,000 and generates £37 million. It's a mute point even they tripled gate revenue it would only be West Ham size....! I imagine the plan now is for Moshiri to build the stadium and then sell to the next Sport washers or US franchise owners that would clear the debt in full. Its all murky and Moshiri is fully in on it. The loans by 777 are unsecured, where as the MSP one is secured against the ground. If 777 don't ...

They will time any administration for after the season so that any points deduction is for next season. They’d be far better taking them all this year now they’re safe.
