Re: Sky and EFL package
The question mark on my post was a wink emoji. Not sure why system doesn’t show it. Meant to portray that it was not meant as serious comment but tongue in cheek. I’m fully convinced we will be relegated. But none the less has you have made the point I see absolutely no reason why the promo could no...

Been to Waggoners a few times, lots of pensioners. Been to cafe in Towneley and garden centre, plenty of pensioners. Went to Mechanics for show last week, again lots of pensioners as was the bistro prior was to the show. Stop bleating on about the the over 65. CT and other OAP’s go to virtually ever...

Re: Simple vote for Kompany to stay or go…no debate
Both. It’s not that simple for Pace I would guess. For me he needs a sabbatical for 3 months. If we stay up under a caretaker manager, don’t laugh but BFS or the like . Then he goes. If we get relegated then he takes the reins, recharged and ready to go again, with fans backing I would suggest. It’s...

Do you seriously think government Ministers give a damn about the general public? Then ask them! Write to local MP. Tell fans forums (CT domain I think) and tell them to start a campaign. Get publicity from none sky outlets. Stop being reactive ( moaning ) and be proactive. See what happens, becaus...

Re: The risk of booking travel for away games in advance
The Sports minister needs to look at this imo. Was there an enquiry started into treating fans fairly? It’s a very very simple solution. ANY published and announced fixtures need to be played (subject to adverse safety or weather conditions) on stated day and time. Otherwise compensation at £100 per...

Re: Summer transfer window 2023 - rumours, links and discussion.
I would guess that we are not paying these in full from the get go. They may be staged over a few years which would be manageable if we stay up or if relegated and have parachute payments. The latter I would suggest would mean the sale of some established players to re coup. For me it’s a comfortabl...

Watched it leat night and felt at halftime Peterborough would have more . Sheff Wed had to attack and if they didn’t get the next goal it was game over. However I don’t think the tie is over. Sheff Wed more than capable of winning each half 2 nil also. Will be a good game I think.

Re: Relegation From PL Decider
Going back to OP and VAR does anyone remember if VAR have called handball for keeper when kicking out of hands or throwing at edge of box. To me it’s like foul throws it seems to be ignored but if you can draw a line for offside you should be able for keepers not letting go before leaving box?

Neither matches will be in play at 3pm. Not all fans will have a phone. But agree i am concerned if you’re going to give an audible warning of impending danger in an enclosed area of 30.000 plus people. What will happen when it’s real alert?

It’s an old gripe of mine but if his strength is pace then why don’t we leave him on halfway line when opposition have a corner or even close free kick.
