I can’t score but thought he did pretty well, but how did he not see that penalty.
Good that he did not fall for all the pathetic diving & rolling around in fake agony, however I do question why these cheats are not getting booked.

Re: Nottingham Forest tweet
Forest have a point as we know, that the officials treat the top and bottom clubs differently. We only have to look at the number of incidents involving us. I don’t think it’s corruption or cheating but it does look like institutional bias. Forest have, however, given an abject lesson in how to go a...

Re: RATE THE REF - Simon Hooper v Brighton
A now typical PL refereeing performance. Dives now always get a free kick & never a booking, whereas nasty fouls aren’t pulled up.
Then we have the non-penalty when the defender got the ball after colliding with the attacker. The only consistency is the inconsistency.

Toney is a decent footballer with an eye for goal. He is big and strong and puts himself about forcefully as was seen in their rightly disallowed goal on Saturday. He then somehow seems to lose all his strength, power & balance when he gets anywhere near the ‘special gravity zone’ and over he goes. ...

I didn’t go on Saturday, I’ve had enough of VAR & the PL. I watched the game ‘elsewhere’ & it took me 3 secs to see that he was onside & possibly upto 2 secs to see the obvious foul. VAR then needed 5 minutes to give what any half-blind referee should be giving. It was blatant, clear & obvious yet h...

As usual really poor.
I watched on tv so can’t score but the commentators stated at one time “4 yellow cards and not a bad foul in the game” sums the appalling state of match officials. Then throw in the standard VAR match fixing on top!

I’ve been watching Burnley for 51 years now & this is probably my last season. Another inept referee that cannot see what’s in front of him. Referees have now stopped making decisions as they sit back & wait for VAR to intervene. Similarly some of the offsides not given by the liners were 2-3 yards off. The game has been ruined.

There are some crazy marks on here. The first half we played pretty well against a top 6 side in good form.
