Going in off the black ALWAYS loses the frame unless there is exactly 7 difference in the scores. It would be a respotted black following a draw at the end of the frame. That is a red card. There is no nuance- studs off the ground, straight into the shin, long after the ball has been played. How can any professional referee look at several replays of that in slow motion and not give a red? Laughable.
