Re: Tunnel Bust Up
FC Burnley.......are you in California ?.....Must be so difficult trying to follow us from so far away ? At least you seem genuine, unlike this DA character that everyone recognisea as a fraud except me ? Were you originally from Burnley......Burnley College perhaps ? Why does it matter if people a...

Re: Expectation last July
7 - thought we’d be flirting with playoffs whilst building a new team/getting them to gel, with a serious promotion aim for next season. This has been awesome!

Re: Jordan Beyer
Really settling into his role and think he’ll be a great player for us, get the feeling we’ll be signing him. I’m really enjoying his post match interviews, comes across well, very honest and I liked the way he said Charlie Taylor had his back when he messed up.

Yes, that’s why I said I’d be delighted, it would be a fantastic signing. I didn’t say it would happen, more wishful thinking I suppose…1882Clarets1882 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 17, 2022 11:52 pmSign him? Never in a million years. Unless we get promoted and even then he's destined for bigger and better things.

Very composed (especially considering his age) with a lethal pass in him. Be delighted to sign him permanently

He’s also cost us more than he’s created Dodgy keeper ruins the whole confidence of the team He’s 6ft 5in and plays like a ballerina. He will be limping shortly What are you going on about. He slipped, it’s unlucky but it happens. It certainly doesn’t make him a dodgy keeper! Muric has played a mas...

Re: Falling over and feigning injury
Churlinov really disappointed me with that and his greed tonight. Completely agree. Very greedy although I get he wanted to start with a bang. The writhing on the floor and then getting up when the ball comes near really winds me up from other teams and I don’t want to see a Burnley player doing it.

Sickening to concede so late on, but honestly can’t grumble they deserved something from that.

Two older men behind me were giving Muric some right stick, totally out of order, and the sarcastic claps when he cleared were embarrassing. I did have a smile when others nearby then started to overpraise him quite pointedly!

Agreed, would have felt more emotional and respectful to do it before the game, rather than during play when people were distracted.

I come from the outskirts of Leeds and the best I’ve found is off Finsley gate on Cooper street. Can always get a space even if I’m running late, about 15min walk to the ground and isn’t too bad in time to get back on the M65 to go home.

The thread is coming to a natural end so I have no interest in arguing with you. What I will say to you is that I look forward with interest to reading your opinions on any thread , which you appear reluctant to make other than to come on making cheap shots at posters . Fair enough, and likewise to...

You really don’t get this do you? There is real racism and then there is a dangerous sector of society who cry racism or suggest racism when it’s not there. Like you as a matter of fact Oh give it a rest Elizabeth! I don’t post often, and just enjoy reading the threads for info and opinions, but yo...

It’s strangely worded though, as in happy to see him go? Surely ‘all the best’ or ‘will miss you mate’ or such like would have been betterfidelcastro wrote: ↑Thu Jul 28, 2022 4:21 pmAs I mentioned on the other thread, it's no different from any of us wishing a work colleague well for leaving for more money.
