1979/80 for me. We won the Anglo Scottish Cup the season before beating some Glasgow side on the way. Why it was diastrous was we were not that bad and were full of hope going into the season. 86/87 we had been on the downward slide since John Bond and we were poor very poor. Re: Season tickets next season
Spike's post is spot on. As for being disconnected, it is pretty obvious what is meant. There is always a downbeat feel to a relegation but the club has continued to battle on with a team that the best part of 20000 fans can see is not right and has not produced and rolled over so many times. All we...

People who went to Genk and the Real Betis friendly called Trafford out there. We have gone into this this with JT in goal and it has backfired massively. We are better than 13 points but the confidence of the back 4 and the rest is down to VK not seeing what everyone else can. Embarrassing at best,...

In answer to DAs question I would consider Lowerhouse similar to DL in football. Millions in their fan base and regularly take thousands away but do not win much. Burnley lower fan base but pick up trophies regularly taking no pleasure in the process

Agree with most of the above and most want to see the back of it! If it takes best part of five minutes to disallow a goal then the officials are trying their damnest to chalk it off. Jay springs to mind and Villa had one over 4 mins at Burnley once. There should be some time limit and if it is that...

You can all look out for my dog (blue/grey whippet). Star of one of the episodes. No spoilers. His final filming (he did 10 days in total) in Grassington was day after the Ewood win, feeling slightly hung over I kept getting locked in the pub whilst they filmed in the Square. Great experience though.

Maybe CT but Lower House got the rub of the weather at TM earlier in the season. I always remember East Lancs as BCC biggest rivals and now Darwen. The banter on BFC match days is always good between Rosegrove and BCC. Long may that continue

The only way Spike won't be going is if they are behind closed doors and that is the need to know reason. Certain Clarets like to jolly out to friendlies as mini trips. What is the issue with the club on all this? If they don't want any supporters there announce behind closed doors. Communication let us down on all this. Truely farcical. Not even the people usually in the know like CT have a clue.

It's understandable to want to play behind closed doors at times but we have signed up to the Premier Zone brand and should continue to capitalise on that.
