Re: Will this be one of the strongest and most exciting championship seasons ?
At the very least I like the prospect of us, Rovers, PNE and Blackpool being in the same division for the first time in six decades. I’m starting to look forward to it, too. Time will tell if my optimism is horrendously misplaced or not!

It was five minutes stoppage time, though I was sure the announcer said three. But again, I sit in the JML, so he could’ve said anything.

They were all up in arms about Dyche leaving saying it was unthinkable and shocking. I don’t pay too much attention to headline grabbers. Roy Keane might a right tit of himself on Sky yesterday, saying he’d ‘no sympathy’ for us going down as we deserved it for sacking Dyche. I do like Keane but tha...

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the team selection today, the problem lay in the fact we only started playing with twenty minutes to go.

My stomach is churning just thinking about this game. I can’t remember the last time I felt like this about Burnley, probably the play-offs in 2009 but even then I think I was too caught up in the excitement of that season to worry too much. Going through the possible scenarios of this final week i...

Part of the whole Liverpool/Chelsea rivalry is the notion that all Liverpool fans are working-class socialists and all Chelsea fans are Kensington Tories, so I assume it’s to stoke that more than anything. Or maybe they’re just trying to draw attention to what a crap song it is. Who knows?

Is it just me who couldn’t give a toss whether the opposition fans can make out the words to the song, or what they think of it? Since we’re all in the mood to take football chants far too literally, how about the fact that some of our fans very obviously do care that ‘no one likes us’?
