20+ miles in 2hr35m at training pace is superb. Stay fit and you’re on for a good un. Here’s a few from this week… Not done a long one 5k, 10k and a 10 miler. Did over 70km last week (nothing like your 120 miles though) so gone a bit steadier and also had quite a lot on. Hopefully will manage anoth...
