Follow up description doesn't sound that outrageous, sounds like a THB-to-Tella type goal. Inch perfect pass over the top from Lowton, Costelloe took it down expertly then dinked it over the keeper.

not in the Grimsby squad this weekend, I hope he's not injured again. Out with a groin injury, was taken off against Salford with what they thought was cramp but was unable to train the following week. Grimsby manager doesn't think it's serious but couldn't say whether he'd be back this weekend.

I've said right from the first game that playing a more orthodox RIght midfield in front of Roberts has dragged the team marginally to the right and leaves the left more exposed. It also means we are heavily reliant on Jay Rod because the 4-2-2-2 becomes a 4-2-3-1. And poor old Maatsen is left comp...

You have it. Apart from the odd dart forward straight into the pen area, he is the 3rd centre back- like Walker for Man City and England. This negates his usual wingback play. I also see we have stopped using his long throw too. I don't think he likes the role as much as his usual one. I would also...

Had a great game yesterday and won 4/4 aerial duels to boot. Update to this. The row second from the back in Block 3 was entirely covered (back row has been covered all season), much to the surprise of season ticket holders on that row. There is a clear 4 point gap at the top after 9 games. They are running away with it. If they continue like that for the season they will have a 20 point gap on 2nd place. 1.
