Not sure where the BBC have got that from. The season ends on the 19th May so they won’t be playing on the day before. I’ve just checked and there is no date yet for the game. Check under Luton Town fixtures on the BBC Website: Saturday 18 May: Bournemouth v Luton Town Sunday 19 May: Luton Town v F...

I would guess that Vincent, his staff and his players want a break until the Man City game, hence the early date this Friday.Granny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2024 4:48 pmSuspect, but could be wrong, that the clubs had an input into this.

You could actually see the Man City style of play tonight.
Pressing from the front, if then the ball was not won within a few seconds, then back defending in numbers.
Promising !!

Muric may well not play again for Burnley now that we are out of both cups but is better than Trafford by some diatance....
Absolutely no chance of him playing against Luton unless Trafford is injured in training.

Re: Nothing But Positives Tonight
Three negatives in a very good performance;
1. Missed chances
2. Failure to shoot on target
3. We gave them a goal, very similar to the goal gifted to Newcastle where a player needs to protect the ball but is unable to do so. Basic mistake.

I always predict the remaining 19 results at the half way stage. I have us to finish on 45 points but admit to being slightly optimistic
However, after the result yesterday, when I predicted a draw, my total has been reduced to 44 points
