Re: ALK Capital or Farnell/Elkashashy takeover
Ive been surprised how little we have increased sponsorship from USA corporate companies.
There are a number of blue chip ones in Utah for example.
I wonder if JJ Watt has a clause giving him an incentive to create interest.
This is the one thing i expected to happen.

What's your take on this chester?
Will be interesting to if there is any trading, and at what price.
Do you think this is Pace et al going to mop up more shares and force it into private ownership?

I doubt that any statistician in the Universe or even the metaverse would accept that as a valid observation. I waant saying we would get 37 points. I said it was one way of looking at it, bit like a government minister saying UK has grown more than France since 2010, it might be true, but it won't...

One way of looking at yesterdays result is we have 4 points from three games. which would put us on 37 points.

Obafemi not on the bench. Ive seen no evidence that Redmond is a run beyond the defender to pick up the ball player. Is he learning, yes he is, we are much more direct than at the start of the season. Berge mis-controlled the ball and yes the ball should have been played 30 yards past him. Yes were ...

Re: Is VK learning anything?
I think our biggest single problem is that we have far too many players who want the ball into feet, and are used to playing in leagues where they can do that without needing to be constantly on the move. Tresor, Amdouni and to a lesser extent Larssen all want that sort of ball and just aren't dyna...

We were better today. We were more progessive, seemed to have a plan of attack, had a diagonal ball. Better than than Bournemouth or Everton. Id never been lower than walking off Burnden Park the saturday before Spurs. Even their goalie scored.
I dread to think what this forum would have been like after that game.
We won at Spurs against all odds. Playing badly with no hope.

We are missing two players Muric (Not a dig at Trafford but he doesn't have the range of passing) and Tella. Muric played a lot of diagonal balls for Tella with his pace to run into the space behind defences, got a few goals from that last year. Last year we gave the ball away a lot in our half but ...
