As a runner I used to pull all the straggly ends under the across laces. They definitely don’t come undone. I also used to put the lace through the front door key before I tied them. Safest place to carry it.

I posted recently that from journalists match ratings he is just behind VVD as the best CB in the league. Don’t base a season on a couple of down performances. He’s been excellent again this term.
