England played really well and actually moved the ball with a bit of pace and purpose, which is all you can ask. It doesn't matter that Iran were mostly garbage. Let's hope they learn from the success and keep playing at a decent tempo against the better teams.

There is a very real risk Dwight will be broken by Everton and not recover. Always appeared a little bit fragile to me. Chasing the money is not always the best strategy in the long run. Hope he survives but could see him tumble through the leagues if his confidence is crushed.

Straight mile? That place looks transformed compared to the last time I saw it? Used to be laden with trolleys and rubbish that stretch, some of the worst Leeds-Liverpool canal had to offer. I've zoomed as far as I can and found nothing, which is awesome. (Unless it's all blown up to Queens Park?)
