Re: Robbie Blake - Undr the cosh
A big favourite of mine, but I wouldn't say he comes off particularly well in either part. Wasn't as good a watch/listen as the Glen Little ones, though to be fair, that's probably expected given the circumstances at the moment. Plus, I think he either misremembers a lot, or the wine was kicking in ...

Re: Robbie Blake - Undr the cosh
Part 1 of their podcast with Robbie is now on YouTube. Robbie is one of my all time favourite Clarets but i think he comes across as a bit of a knob on this. Still looking forward to part 2 though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXyhJqWLl40 Agreed. Also, think his memory was a bit off for various ...

Re: BHA
The one thing that might change the vote is when the current bottom three - particularly the squealing Villa & Bournemouth - realise they will go down if it doesn’t restart. Think there will be hell to pay if Villa are relegated when they've played a game less than everyone else down there. Especia...

Cracking goal that. Plenty of very decent goals on that video. Love the finish on the Turf against Preston when the keeper comes out, very cleverLord Beamish wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 2:18 pmThe one on 7 minutes, at Hillsborough, was exquisite. Ian Moore at hus best. Shame he couldn’t get a consistency to his game.

That goal at Bradford was particularly crucial. Not sure we'd have stopped up that season without that.burnmark wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 10:42 amFunnily enough, the attached video popped up on my You Tube feed today. Some very good goals from Moore.

Re: ARTICLE: They got Worthy out
We won four and drew two out of the next six but it all fell apart when Gray got injured. Even so, to go from 2nd in the league to 18 league games without a win was astonishing. Gray scored in the last win before that run, against Leeds. His next goal was in the first win that ended the run, a 4-0 ...

I think it's fair to say, signing Blake instead was a good decision. And to think Leeds fans thought he was rubbishClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 7:47 pmHe did well when he came in. Re: Quiz:PL goal of the month winners
Yes it's not ideal the constant back and forth, the quizzes are good but that's one aspect they could improve,i just guessed at a few obvious names to get a start, the clues sometimes help, but not always, and when your going back to 1990's/early 2000's it get's hard to remember the players of that era...

Only problem with quizs' on the BBC website, it's a nightmare having to keep scrolling back and forth to type names. Surprised they haven't fathomed a way to keep the answer box viewable at all times.
Some obscure answers though!
