I switched off my phone and the alerts. Switched my phone back on at 3.30 and it went off then. So much for a safe system for those who have a ‘hidden phone’ because of domestic violence etc. Which does not apply to me, in case anyone is worried 😂

I nearly missed this one (being a bit dim) cos it didn’t say food count. Now, I would personally agree that cockles are not a food stuff as I have a serious allergy to them - but is it worth amending the title, I wonder? Off to think about my guesstimate now!
