I would like to get your view regarding an automotive related dilemma.

If you are going to the match tomorrow could you spare me 10 minutes or so before or after the game?

Thanks.

Have you just bought an Audi and realised the error of your way?

I'm not on tomorrow, I'm off to Wales to see the old man.

If you've an issue with my driving comments , unlucky.
If you've a genuine issue then I don't mind sticking my number up later?
If its something I need to visually look at i can stick my email up.

No issue with driving comments, cant recall them. Not Audi related.

I would like your views on something I have been told re a problem with my car.

Does it need pictures or can it be done over the phone?

I'm good with either

It doesn't need pictures, phone is fine. I could type it all out on here but it would take me hours and bore everyone to Ewood.

If it isn't urgent ring me on Tuesday.

If its something that's worrying or causing a real issue with driving ring me tomorrow morning.
I'm driving to Wales from Oxford tomorrow afternoon so won't be wanting to chat on the phone for obvious reasons and today you've got no chance, some clever sod has got my daughter an electronic drum kit....

VW Phaeton - dpf issues.

Sorry to hear about the drum kit , you'll thank them in a decade when you're private jetting around the world and bankrolling our Champions League run.

Ok that's easy enough to explain, speak to you Tuesday.

As mentioned, get someone to knock out the DPF and then re-map the ECU so it doesn't know the DPF is there or has gone.

Don't take your car back into a VW dealership again though if you can help it, more and more main dealers of all marques are starting to plug every car into their computers and resetting the ECU's, which is a tad annoying.

The fact that it's done it again whilst you're using it for long motorway journies only show that the system is rubbish.
