didn't like inception though. thought it was little more than an exercise in cgi.

as for parasite, i downloaded it some time ago but the subs were all over the place. as i've heard so many great things about it since i'll look for a better version.

I have just watched 'Don't look up' on Netflix during my isolation. Good cast and enjoyable if not worrying. About a comet heading for Earth znd how the president anx Internet media try to mitigate any bad news and even try to exploit the rare mineral content in the comet.

Super Mario Bros - easy watch, good for the kids and if you're a fan of the games

Air - the story of how Nike fought to sign Michael Jordan at a time when they weren't really known as a trainer of choice for basketball players.
A good film and well worth a watch

Thirteen Lives. Not seen it mentioned yet. It's about the rescue of those lads trapped in the cave in Thailand a few years back. Now usually I'd avoid this kind of film like a plague, but someone I trust to have good taste recommended it and it's very good indeed. Way better than I expected. Aragorn is in it. So is Colin Farrell.

Not a film but a must see series in my opinion, though in truth series 1 left such a high benchmark its not been surpassed.

True detective. , with woody Harrelson and Matthew Maconaghey is probably one of the best acted , best scripted detective drama series of all time..

One that is hitting the cinemas next week is The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry, starring Jim Broadbent and Penelope Wilton.

A brief synopsis.

A seemingly unremarkable man in his 60s named Harold one day learns his old friend Queenie is dying. He embarks on a walk, only to keep going for 450 miles until he reaches Queenie's hospice, much to the despair of his wife Maureen.
