Xpert11 is an online football management game that lets you build a team, set the tactics, make the press releases all whilst competing against like-minded people. It can take as little as 10 minutes a week to as much as 20 minutes an hour if you get hooked.

We have a Clarets Championship where there are currently 50+ active teams managed by Clarets fans. We're about to enter our 45th season.

If this sounds even slightly interesting to you then why not give it a go? You can sign up at the website http://www.xperteleven.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, once registered you can find the league using the league ID 43119. I'll then need to approve the application which will take up to a maximum of 24 hours.

You will be able to either take over an existing team that's sacked it's manager (for inactivity, not poor performance - you can be as poor as you want and stay in the job!) or start up an entirely new team.

The season will be a week or three away from starting but best to sign up now to get in before the door closes and so you can get the most from pre-season.

I'd advise anyone to give it a go.
You can set up your team for the next game in the time it takes for someone to reply to your comment on here

You can even play from overseas and own multiple teams. I own 2 clubs, one in the Clarets Championship and one in a general league. Just don't get discouraged if you don't win at first. It takes time to develop your squad, just like real life, but not everybody can be as good as Sean Dyche.

After a while, you get to treat your players just like real people.

I am once again optimistic of a good year this time around (which, considering I lost 0-6 on opening day last season, may not last long).

We will fight to the death! (and hopefully not have to play my sub keeper on the left wing again for one match)

Hey Charlie. Thanks for alerting me to this great game. Waiting to see who the new members in the 4th Division will be. Not discouraged because I know it takes time to develop a proper squad. Just got beat 0-5 by Racing Club de Virginia in a friendly. He let me off easy.

Great game, good fun with a lot to learn but doesn't take much of your time. Hopefully Bread Ears will win the league this year

It is that time of the season again when I come on here asking if any new managers wish to join the Clarets Championship Xpert11 league.

We have a number of vacancies (including the reigning league champions whose manager has decided to resign on a high) available for take over. Or of course you can start from the bottom with a brand new team.

I managed to win my division somewhat miraculously. See, anyone can do it!

Great game to get involved with. One of those that doesn't take lots of time on a daily basis but if you stick at it over time you can really build your club up. It's a great commuity of Clarets fans with some friendly rivalry thrown in.

I’m pretty sure there’ll be a few new challengers to the throne soon, some decent teams emerging.

Pity to see Arcadia go though..... they've been around a good few years. Think they were in the original league season (I joined for season two, but haven't had a team for years).

Hello again everyone.

After another successful season we are once again recruiting new players for the Clarets Championship on the Xpert11 platform.

Due to retirements/sackings we are currently 4 managers short of the 60 that we need before I can start the new season. Anyone who has never tried this game why not give it a try - you might enjoy it.

If you have previously taken part but lapsed this is the perfect time to come back to the fold as we are between seasons.

As usual I hope the usual players will come on here with glowing recommendations *crosses fingers*
