Don't see much difference in them to be honest so just coz he cost a fair bit doesnt mean he's a better striker. Vokes continues to show his worth and should be starting in my opinion.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, you'd be saying otherwise if Wood had scored instead.

Not at all, his performances last year and the fact he's played all pre-season and looked up for it, whereas Wood hasn't done all of pre-season and hasn't scored, then I'd say Vokes was the clear favourite for tonight.
