Fantastic interview. Comes across totally different than the media perception of him. Very grounded and understands the importance of the team above individual talent. Lets hope he embraces the arm round the shoulder approach which I am sure Billy Mercer and SD will give him and kick on forgetting his last 2 years and thrive for performances like that night in Barcelona
