Tickets for Thursday

Does anyone know if there is a ticketing issue for Thursday's game. I purchased a ticket on line 8 days ago, normally they arrive within a couple of days, but these haven't.
I've rang the club on the ticket line, but all I get is an answering machine saying no one is available.
I've just e mailed the club, and hope they are more efficient and can help, still waiting for a reply, but have I just been unlucky or is there a problem .

Colburn, if you purchased 8 days ago, I’m guessing you are a season ticket holder? If so, pretty sure that the ticket will have just been loaded on to your season card.

If you are a season ticket holder it is definitely loaded onto your card.

Or if not you will have email confirmation or proof of purchase in your online account.

They have got back to me, and it has been uploaded on to my card.
I must have missed that information somewhere along the way.
I missed Aberdeen so really looking forward to this.

I ordered 4 tickets last week for collection.
Went down over the weekend to pick them up only to be told that there was an issue with all the orders made and they would be mailed out.

The club have now tweeted out that tickets are ready to be collected

I see you can now choose which seats you want, as per normal.
When I did mine a few weeks back, you could only choose which area you wanted the seats
and the computer then choose them for you.
Why the difference?

When the system didn't offer people the option to choose your seat there was a ticketing website malfunction.

Season ticket holders seats were blocked until last fri/sat?
Any sth seats and remainder all then became available, as usual, online

That's the second malfunction now that concerns European games.

Not true in CFS anyhow. I got my 2 season ticket seats, plus I wanted 2 more.
I couldn't select which extra seats I wanted, but the computer did give me two random ones.

About Thursdays game from the club:

"If you have purchased your tickets for the Burnley vs Istanbul Basaksehir fixture on Thursday night, and chosen to 'collect', please note that your tickets are available to collect from the Turf Moor Ticket Office now.

There is an unusually high amount of tickets for collection for this fixture and therefore we implore any supporters, who are able to do so, to collect your tickets before matchday, or failing that as early as possible on matchday to avoid congestion at the Ticket Collection point.

Tickets already purchased can be collected from the Turf Moor Ticket Office on Harry Potts Way from 9:15am until 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

From 5pm on Thursday tickets can be collected from the Turf Moor Ticket Collection Point in the ETC, in the North East Car Park.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are season ticket holder and you have purchased your seat it will be uploaded to your seasoncard and you will not need to collect a match ticket."
