On 5live they said it was originally laid for Euro 96 and they've never redone it since.

Shocker. Think I bemoaned our players a few times for poor control but was probably the pitch.

I'm surprised the PL doesn't have some sort of rules on pitches like they do for floodlights, PA etc.

Absolutely shocking playing surface. I’m surprised Leeds are able to play such an expansive game on it. We got to grip with it in the second half but at times it was like watching a Sunday league game.
