This is a 'group flight' from Duxford to Elstree. It means the host invites others online to join him on this flight in whatever aircraft they choose. They fly on their PC using a keyboard or perhaps some proper hardware like yokes and throttle. Starting at Duxford it's like a swarm of flies as they move to take off - see from 08.00 onwards. Everyone seems to be jostling for position. Then they fly to Elstree, landing around 43.00 onwards. He then tries to get them lined up for a group photo - 46.00 onwards. In the course of this on the ground at Elstree there appears a British Airways airliner and occasionally a 747! Such planes can take off from Duxford but cannot land at Elstree, suitable only for light aircraft. One fellow seems to end nose down/tail up in the ground on at least two occasions.
I found it hilarious to look at.
