I shed a tear reading that. It’s so important for anyone having problems, no matter what those problems are to speak out to a friend, family or your Doctor. It’s equally important for friends, neighbours, colleagues to talk to the person/people they think may be struggling and re assure them help can be found. My thoughts are with the family and friends of Lee Collins.

So sad reading this. A tragic end to a short life of a clearly talented but troubled man. RIP Lee.

The news of him being found hanged in a hotel room came out just days after his death but reading this recent info from the inquest is very tough.

I just hope more people learn to understand mental health and the damage it brings to entire families.

We read Keith Treaty’s story last week. So similar but thankfully without the same ending.
