We have had no midfield at all, for the entire match. Get Cork on ASAP

A long time coming.
Defence is beyond shite today and 2 goals is all we have in us today.

Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
Why are we mostly dominant second half at home and garbage second half away?
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
We’ve absolutely gone to pot!
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread

Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
It was coming. That move started from some more sloppy play from Wood.
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
Wood loses possession unnecessarily leading to the counter attack and goal after another great save by Pope

Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
A blind man can see we are going to lose here
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
Have to say, we have been poor aside from a 15 min period. Come on Spurs and Villa.
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
We’re getting what we deserve here. All stemmed from a break down in their box when we should have had a go at goal, 20 seconds later it’s in our net.

Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
We've been awful since the break. Giving ball away sloppily. Nothings coming off for us and it's the entire opposite of the first 20-30 mins.

Lowton caught ball watching. Didn't even look over his shoulder.
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
Bring on Jay Rod and Cork for Vydra and Brownhill would be my approach to this

Terrible. How have we lost the ability to pass the ball. Ben Mee - constant mistakes.

Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
Southampton have been very good so I think they have made us look crap rather than we've just been rank poor
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
We’ve gone to pot. Defence asleep and don’t even look like we have a midfield.
Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
We’re so open. 22 attempts conceded.

Re: Saints v Burnley - Match Day Thread
They are simply running through our midfield. No protection to our defence whatsoever. We need to strengthen in midfield in the summer.

Being taken to the cleaners. Allowing too much direct running from just inside our half and we can't handle their pace
