Haven’t seen it mentioned on here yet. Lenny Johnrose is fundraising for MND with his Ice Foot Challenge. He was on Radio 5 Live earlier with Tony Livesey who took part and was also I believe on BBC Breakfast earlier where Dan Walker had a go.
The nuts and bolts of it are to stand in ice water for 92 seconds, (film it for social media if that’s your thing) challenge 3 others to do it and donate to MND by texting MNDLEN to 70085
Hopefully some of us could give it a go for a cause I know plenty of folk on here care about.

I’ve seen Paul Weller, David May & Steve Davis doing it as well as Lenny.

Jamie Hoyland and Dean West too. I have read Len's book and Dean is one his best mates. There's lots of other current and ex players taking part from his former teams and team mates.
Re: Lenny Johnrose Ice Foot Challenge
Lenny did it simultaneously with Dan Walker on BBC Breakfast yesterday morning. Dean West was time keeper.
