Re: BT Sport on Sky
I pay for BT sport, I'm not sure if it's under the same contract as BT broadband, we've had broadband with them for years, I'm going to see if we can cancel just BT sport or if we're tied into the contract.

I took it out on a contract and got it at a much reduced price but it is time to phone Sky again with all my discounts coming to an end next month.

I have Sky but would never pay for BT Sport. Awful coverage - awful commentary - just awful.

Re: BT Sport on Sky
its mainly german stuff on BT, I wait patiently for our stuff to feature every week but they must have negotiated about 2 top flight games a season. Woeful, and the punditry is amateurish to say the least.
sky makes me puke though, I dont have it, would never have it. wonder where these corporate slobs would have gone had the super league had materialised.

Re: BT Sport on Sky
I was paying about £10 a month for it on my BT BB contract.
Randomly looked at my bill one day and had been paying £35 for it for the last 3 months.
Needless to say I don't have it anymore.

I know it's overpriced like Sky but why would you cancel it if you like football?
They have the champions league as well as the Premier league

Re: BT Sport on Sky
I know football commentary quality has been diluted with all the games they have to cover, but Andy Hinchcliffe on sky has to be the worst.
Re: BT Sport on Sky
Whilst Sky/BT attract criticism on here regularly in normal circumstances, I have found that to have live staggered programmes of matches each week has been a godsend in these pandemic times. Full marks to the companies , Premier League ,EFL, and clubs for laying it all on. These situations do not just happen, they take a lot of planning and commitment by broadcast engineers to get everything in place smoothly to cover up to three matches on some evenings. Forget the inane commentaries and punditry and just enjoy the privilege of watching live top flight football regularly of all teams in the PL and Championship courtesy of the red button.
