Yes the better team won the game, some times you just have to hold your hands up.

West Ham played very well, if it wasn't against us I might have enjoyed watching them !

West Ham have some decent players and they were all on top of their game last night and thoroughly deserved the win. Too many indifferent, individual performances from our team. After the excellence of the victory at Molineux this was almost an 'after the Lord Mayor's Show' but the quality and intensity of the opposition had much to do with that. I think with around 15 minutes to go they settled for what they had but sadly we don't have the quality within the squad to force a grandstand finish in such circumstances and the game just petered out.

No complaints here. Agree with the report completely. Second best across the pitch.

Poor home form is a concern. But with fans back hoping that will change.

Jesse Lingaard has made an enormous difference to West Ham.

And he was IMO the least effective of the front line, shows how good west ham were.
In truth we were lucky it was only a narrow defeat.

West Ham were very impressive and what a turnaround for them. Antonio’s pace and power showed what we lack. We were still poor though in a number of areas including losing position cheaply in poor areas, weak passing and not being clinical.

Excellent report as always - we could and maybe should have lost by more yet bizarrely we had enough good chances to have got at least a draw. Moyes team selection was spot on and it amazing how he has got them playing.
