All sorted, there was a problem with my account on the new system.
I would suggest anyone having issues to pop in.
Well done ladies and thank you.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Not sure the club have officially announced it but a couple on here have put it down to the relatively small space and access areas in the Cricket Field end.Targetman wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 9:25 amWhat is the capacity of Turf Moor, around 22,000 or just under? If the Cricket Field stand is 4,000 then that would leave a capacity of approx 18,000 or thereabouts.
25% of that is 4,500 yet we are only being permitted 3,500. Just for clarity perhaps the club could have explained how the figure was calculated?
Hopefully with the new owners we can look forward to a little more information regarding allocation of away tickets, numbers sold etc. when things get back to normal.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Possibly the 25% figure has to also include everyone in the ground not just fans ie players, staff, officials, press, TV staff, 1st aid etc, thereby reducing the number of fans who can be allowed in.Targetman wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 9:25 amWhat is the capacity of Turf Moor, around 22,000 or just under? CFS may be closed due to the away dressing room being situated near the entrance to the stand perhaps...???Bordeauxclaret wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 9:54 amNot sure the club have officially announced it but a couple on here have put it down to the relatively small space and access areas in the Cricket Field end.

1500 player and directors complimentarys.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
4500 - 3500 = 1000.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
I noticed that Everton are only allowed 6,500 fans for their home game. Thats well below 25% capacity of Goodison.
Obviously other things are being taken into consideration.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
It looks like the 25% is being given as a general maximum but then individual club/ground circumstances must be being taken into account before an actual maximum figure is arrived at.

club have announced:
'...Tickets to be awarded through an online ballot of season ticket holders, starting on Saturday and closing at midnight on Tuesday night (23:59)...'
I may be mistaken but I thought the deadline was Friday 14th

Unfortunately my account won’t “link” so I’ll be out of this. Ticket office reset it all upon renewing my season ticket and now it doesn’t even let me in.
It’s going great for me

Did they not say you could report the fault and you'd be entered in the ballot... Be quick you'd still get in

Several emails and 45 mins in a queue just to renew my season ticket, I can’t be arsed with it again.

My ballot application was successful.
I've logged into my account, and it says 'Liverpool FC - Successful' with today's date on.

I’ve just checked and it says I’ve been successful but no email received yet so fingers crossed it’s all good.

Mine also says successful, fingers crossed that means we've got them!
Can anyone else who has successful check whether the Friends and Family they applied for also have successful? I can not see the other two people I applied for on my account?

Ah yes! Bingo! I've got the same, but still no email! I'll need to log on to my kids accounts now to check they have one I assume, as its only showing x1 even though I applied for 3.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Same for my old man but I am hoping it means all of your ‘group’ that is successful if one has been without looking at the other people’s accounts.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Same here, it has today's date on it but when I clicked on the i it then took me to another page 'Purchase History' and on the Product Date it says 31st December 1999????? I then clicked on 'Re send email' (not knowing what email they were referring to!) and have just recevied an email confirming 'successful'.

Just a thought, I hope it doesn't mean that the application into the ballot was successful, rather than being successful in being allocated a ticket!

This was my fear too. Mine says "successful" and i've been able to resend the email saying so but I won't get my hopes up just yet.

Is he registered at the club with a different email address? I applied for 3 and we've all received separate emails.1989_claret wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 12:57 pmDone the same as Leisure and received an email but still says only x1 successful whereas I applied for me and my old man.

He is on my friends and family.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
All same as me. I think we have possibly found a loop hole in getting the email early and somebody at the club will be going mad now because there should be some detail on what to do next and what is expected on the night, to avoid this sort of confusion!
I'm sure it will become clear by 5pm tomorrow!
I just hope I get the 3 tickets I applied for and not just one for myself!

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Or the SLO is answering the emails in date order from received. Yours has been answered, you've presumably replied bringing you to the top of the email box.
That's how I would do it otherwise you'll get never get to the bottom (oldest) emails. Impatient people who keep replying could possibly be kicking themselves further down the list
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Maybe all she can do is to pass the issue onto the appropriate department, website and/or ticketing and then they should be sorting it and replying to you? Would suggest that you go back to her to say that your issue still hasn't been sorted.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Done that. Pass me onto the website email address then it either bounces back or no reply
