Should be better odds than that, because not all season ticket holders will have applied

Not had a problem with Registration nor entering the Ballot and before joining them together honestly never found any of the sites (Shop, Club and Clarets Player) difficult to navigate when using my Laptop. I wonder if it is just Phones and Tablets that are the source of the issues?

I tried logging in with my phone earlier and the accounts are not linked but I cannot link them because they are linked elsewhere. This confirms what I thought about phones/tablets because back on my Laptop and I was in straight away and everything was linked together.

It does not say I have a ticket for next week though

Not really a fix. I dont miss any games and in fact help with coaches for away games and hadn't missed any type of game at the turf since 1994 but I haven't got a successful either

It has just updated and I'm successful.

I was of the mind not to go during the shut down and thought it better to wait until 'normality' returned. Now we don't know if 'normality' will ever be the same so having had both jabs, a heart procedure, Covid-19 and qualifying for my over 65 card since the Spurs game last season I'm taking my chance whilst I can!

Mine says "Purchased" in the Status Column and "Liverpool FC - Successful" in the product column. I clicked on the info button and it opened anohter page with the same details but allowing me to get the email sent to me confirming success. The other 4 on my ballot all have the same in their purchase history.

Obviously loyalty points have never been used for home games before as having a season ticket would ensure your seat / ticket.
In this case, nobody has a home ticket / seat, so why not use the season ticket plus loyalty points system that they have used for away games for about 15 years?

I've obviously been misunderstood.
I meant that season ticket holders that have renewed and have X amount of loyalty points get first dibs on the Liverpool home game.
Just like we used to with priority for away games.

We've had the same invite, we're part of the 132. We're not attend, it's nothing to do with the fact that they could only offer us crap seats as an alternative after losing our brilliant seats and the fact that I'm still in angry mode. It's a nice gesture from the club though.

you will get the 2 tickets...your dad should check his purchase history and it should show him as having been successful too.

When applying for more than one ticket it's 'all or nothing'

Yeah, that's how mine looks at the moment. I haven't given up all hope as it appears some have been notified a few hours earlier than other fans so it may be staggered adding "success" to each account.

That seems just plain wrong to me... I don't mean factually wrong, i mean just wrong. Theoretically, five people who HAVEN'T supported the club by keeping their money with the club during the pandemic can benefit over those that have? They just `know` a ST holder.

This ballot should be what i `thought` it was. If you have left your money in the club, you go to the ballot, if you didn't, you can't apply. If this is anything other than that, then this wonderful gesture by the club will have become a massive own goal, alienating the very people it is hoping to reward.

After speaking to the helpful staff in the ticket office about another matter I'm still not 100% convinced successful = ticket. Have to wait until tomorrow's email.

However if you applied as F & F and have been 'successful' then the others should also be successful.

Sorry to hijack the thread but is that all you've been offered by the club? My Dad sits behind the directors box in the Bob Lord so he's likely to be in the same boat next season.
