Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Three applications made throughout the family, not one successful. Supposedly a 1 in 3 chance isn’t? 10,000 STH, 3,500 tickets.
Judging by the usual suspects who have successful applications, you can’t tell me that was a fair ballot.
STH since ‘94, clearly not a loyal enough supporter.

I've logged on to my account, and it says "purchased ", but I don't see " successful ", or today's date. No e-mail yet.
I'm still not sure whether I've got a ticket or not.

Same with me, purchased as in I’m in the ballot but no mention of successful.lakedistrictclaret wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 1:36 pmI've logged on to my account, and it says "purchased ", but I don't see " successful ", or today's date. No e-mail yet.

I think the "success" people have had was being in the ballot ...UTCSte wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 1:35 pmThree applications made throughout the family, not one successful. Supposedly a 1 in 3 chance isn’t? 10,000 STH, 3,500 tickets.

I don't think anyone will know whether they are "successful" in getting tickets until the 5pm deadline Friday evening

Got mine, but it includes hospitality in the Jimmy Mac stand.
That's no good to me, the food's better in the Bob Lord hospitality area
Fuming I am, raging in fact.

Should be better odds than that, because not all season ticket holders will have appliedUTCSte wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 1:35 pmThree applications made throughout the family, not one successful. Supposedly a 1 in 3 chance isn’t? 10,000 STH, 3,500 tickets.

I hope it is a fair ballot, it would be annoying to say the least if certain fans were guaranteed a ticket.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
I have the Liverpool FC -Ballot Application dated Monday 10th May and then a separate line saying Liverpool FC - Successful dated today.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
There isn't any hospitality according to the club.Marney&Mee wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 1:45 pmGot mine, but it includes hospitality in the Jimmy Mac stand.

I tried logging in with my phone earlier and the accounts are not linked but I cannot link them because they are linked elsewhere. This confirms what I thought about phones/tablets because back on my Laptop and I was in straight away and everything was linked together.JohnMac wrote: ↑Sun May 09, 2021 9:24 pmNot had a problem with Registration nor entering the Ballot and before joining them together honestly never found any of the sites (Shop, Club and Clarets Player) difficult to navigate when using my Laptop. I wonder if it is just Phones and Tablets that are the source of the issues?
It does not say I have a ticket for next week though

Not really a fix. I dont miss any games and in fact help with coaches for away games and hadn't missed any type of game at the turf since 1994 but I haven't got a successful eitherUTCSte wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 1:35 pmThree applications made throughout the family, not one successful. Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
It has just updated and I'm successful.
I was of the mind not to go during the shut down and thought it better to wait until 'normality' returned. Now we don't know if 'normality' will ever be the same so having had both jabs, a heart procedure, Covid-19 and qualifying for my over 65 card since the Spurs game last season I'm taking my chance whilst I can!

I applied for 4. My account shows success for 1, my mates accounts show success for the ones I applied for on their behalf. No email yet.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
I was one of the displaced 132 from the JHL and the club has invited me to the Liverpool match free which includes a 'warm meal' so it maybe the poster means he got the same 'deal' offered

Mine says "Purchased" in the Status Column and "Liverpool FC - Successful" in the product column. I clicked on the info button and it opened anohter page with the same details but allowing me to get the email sent to me confirming success. The other 4 on my ballot all have the same in their purchase history.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
I've obviously been misunderstood.chipbutty wrote: ↑Sun May 09, 2021 10:49 pmObviously loyalty points have never been used for home games before as having a season ticket would ensure your seat / ticket.
In this case, nobody has a home ticket / seat, so why not use the season ticket plus loyalty points system that they have used for away games for about 15 years?
I meant that season ticket holders that have renewed and have X amount of loyalty points get first dibs on the Liverpool home game.
Just like we used to with priority for away games.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
My account is showing 1 ticket, although I applied for 2 to include my dad - linked on the account.
I assumed that we would either get tickets or not, didn’t realise it could be just 1 of us.
Have I missed something? What happens if a young child gets a ticket and the parent doesn’t?

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
We've had the same invite, we're part of the 132. We're not attend, it's nothing to do with the fact that they could only offer us crap seats as an alternative after losing our brilliant seats and the fact that I'm still in angry mode. It's a nice gesture from the club though.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
from club website:
Seventy two hours before the game, successful applicants will then be able to log in to their account and claim their e-tickets. At this point you will also be requested to complete a mandatory health questionnaire and agree to an updated supporter code of conduct.
available from 8:15pm Sunday 16th

you will get the 2 tickets...your dad should check his purchase history and it should show him as having been successful too.Burnleyareback2 wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 4:26 pmMy account is showing 1 ticket, although I applied for 2 to include my dad - linked on the account.
When applying for more than one ticket it's 'all or nothing'

Yeah, that's how mine looks at the moment. I haven't given up all hope as it appears some have been notified a few hours earlier than other fans so it may be staggered adding "success" to each account.jedi_master wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 4:35 pmMine shows:

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Yes you have it spectacularly wrongbobinho wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 10:04 amThat seems just plain wrong to me... I don't mean factually wrong, i mean just wrong. Theoretically, five people who HAVEN'T supported the club by keeping their money with the club during the pandemic can benefit over those that have? They just `know` a ST holder.
This ballot should be what i `thought` it was. If you have left your money in the club, you go to the ballot, if you didn't, you can't apply. If this is anything other than that, then this wonderful gesture by the club will have become a massive own goal, alienating the very people it is hoping to reward.
Am i getting this spectacularly wrong? It's entirely possible and wouldn't be the first time.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Read the guidance for the game and it doesn’t mention having to have a negative PCR test result which I am quite shocked about as I have friends who went to the League Cup final and they needed one. Albeit that was during Stage 2 whereas from Monday we have moved to Stage 3.
Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
For anyone who has clicked on 'Re-send Email' and has then received one but with no information as to just how you get your ticket, you will receive another email with that information in it.

After speaking to the helpful staff in the ticket office about another matter I'm still not 100% convinced successful = ticket. Have to wait until tomorrow's email.
However if you applied as F & F and have been 'successful' then the others should also be successful.

Sorry to hijack the thread but is that all you've been offered by the club? My Dad sits behind the directors box in the Bob Lord so he's likely to be in the same boat next season.beddie wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 4:27 pmWe've had the same invite, we're part of the 132.
