Yeah, that's how mine looks at the moment. I haven't given up all hope as it appears some have been notified a few hours earlier than other fans so it may be staggered adding "success" to each account.

Forever the optimist, me :)
me too Goodclaret...earlier JohnMac posted:

this was after Leisure and others said they were successful - so still hope...that's what I'm clinging onto + 'refreshing' every 5 mins! :D

Good luck everyone!

TBH, I wasn't expecting my kick in the teeth until tomorrow going off the wording on the ballot entry acknowledgement, so maybe there is still hope.

Yes, just looked and it says purchased, but does that not just mean I'm in the ballot? I was assuming we'd get an email as stated on the acknowledgement.

I've got the bottom one of the Liverpool tags, but sadly not the top one, so it definitely ain't looking promising here.

The only offer was to come and chose another seat " we've loads of really good seats" we went on the first day that you could view, by appointment only and our slot was early. They showed us seats in the BL the JM and our previous stand JHL. Every seat available was absolute rubbish. We've ended up going from the back row at and end (3 seats) to several rows down in a different block in the middle seats, to be honest they're crap. We'd had the seats from day one of the new stand and been ST holders for over 40 years. I got so fed up with he whole situation I'd decided I'd call it a day and get our money back, however, my wife and son persuaded me I'd regret it so I've taken their advice and accepted the three rubbish seats. Still not happy though. I'm not interested in their free offer of corporate for Liverpool,it's all inconvenient to me. Some people on our row and the row in front who have become good friends over the years have decided after viewing the available seats to get there money back, they've just had enough, a real dam shame. I hope they do a better job if your dad has to move but don't hold your breath.

Sorry to hijack the thread but is that all you've been offered by the club? My Dad sits behind the directors box in the Bob Lord so he's likely to be in the same boat next season.

It’s obviously not good news that you have to move but I'm surprised that from what should be around 4000 empty seats they couldn't find you anything decent! Also, are you able to review any seats which may come up following Phase 2 renewals? I wouldn't expect all those 4000 Phase 2 reneweds will actually renew.

Three applications made throughout the family, not one successful. Supposedly a 1 in 3 chance isn’t? 10,000 STH, 3,500 tickets.

Judging by the usual suspects who have successful applications, you can’t tell me that was a fair ballot.

STH since ‘94, clearly not a loyal enough supporter.
How have you learned you have been unsuccessful - they are doing it via email by 5 p.m. tomorrow is what I read.

I think the basis for the reply was that some people, including me, stated we had a "successful" entry on our purchase history. However since checking again, it has disappeared. I dont think anyone can read into the "successful" entry on purchase history until they get a confirmation e-mail by 5pm tomorrow, with the actual ticket details.

Unfortunately the club can only offer you the seats that are available.

It would be nice if the club gave you a priority period to swap to a potentially better seat that may come available from people who don’t renew in phase 2.

I've just now received an email from the club telling me my application for Liverpool has been successful but for just one ticket and I'd ordered three.

The email is dated 31st December 1999

The other 2 should get the email to their own email address.

Go onto the Ticket part of the website and then click on your name/number. You then get a drop down list and it's on there.

Hi beddie, I'm pretty sure you can edit the text of one of your two posts and replace with "deleted - duplicate" - typing something in is required to meet the minimum characters for a post.

I'm going to repeat this post - as a test - to check I can still do this.

I'm not sure that's correct. I think there's still time for us to be successful bearing in mind that the original acknowledgement from the club said we'd know by Friday 5.00 so this evening seems rather early. I actually think some people may have got it wrong tbh. I await the e mail (or maybe not!) and I think checking the purchase history is not actually the way to go right now as it's possibly misleading.

I have asked the club if for all successful applicants, will this be showing now on their Ticket Purchase info. or is it still being uploaded but haven't had a response yet.

Nothing on there to say you haven’t been selected. I’m in the same boat in that I’ve not got a ‘successful’ on my purchase history. I may get one at some point tomorrow but won’t know for certain until 5pm tomorrow which the club have made clear is the cut off for receiving an email.

One of them doesn't have an email address
If you get a ticket, your group should all get a ticket. I mentioned the others in my F & F do not have the SSO yet. It was suggested it would be OK as I could access mine, guess I/you could print all three off.

After speaking to the helpful staff in the ticket office about another matter I'm still not 100% convinced successful = ticket. Have to wait until tomorrow's email.

However if you applied as F & F and have been 'successful' then the others should also be successful.
This is correct. Nobody knows. First hand from the club. They’ve been inundated AGAIN!

I've just now received an email from the club telling me my application for Liverpool has been successful but for just one ticket and I'd ordered three.

The email is dated 31st December 1999
Can you get to the bookies? Fancy Payton hat trick today.

Phone calls bombarding them about receiving notifications on their account they were succesful and people hearing the same and querying why they hadn’t been.

I reckon no one will get in anyway, this Indian variant is going to delay us opening back up. You heard it here first.

Really annoys me stuff like this! The club have been clear on how you’ll find out.

Just wait till 5pm tomorrow to find out then just accept it!

They have. But they’ve also been pretty poor with a lot of other ticketing communications so can understand why people would ring who may need to make plans etc.

It does say by 5pm tomorrow, not necessarily at 5pm tomorrow.

Yep. I was meaning that if nothing by 5pm tomorrow then it’s bad luck.
