Have you received your email yet?Leisure wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 8:09 pmI have an issue where I applied for 3 tickets via F and F and 1 of those 3 (who wasn't the applicant) is the only 1 to receive a confirmation email which says that his 'ballot application was successful for ALL the tickets you applied for as part of your friends and family group' but he didn't actually apply.
I was the lead applicant on a group of 4, they all got their emails around 3pm yesterday, but mine didn't arrive till 11:15 last night.

My situation is same, I applied for 3 under F&F and they have received email but not me. I am assuming this means that the individual names went into the ballot but not as a group and hence I haven’t got one (I have checked the spam), I will check tomorrow regardless.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 10:57 pmLeisure, I think I posted it further up but I applied for three tickets. I have not received an email but the other two have.
Just for clarity, can someone please confirm whether it is 8:15 or 20:15 that the links will be live (in case the communication from club is an error) ?
Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
Human nature to keep checking. If people didn't check, how would they know if they'd received it or not?

I won’t be miffed if I don’t get one as I realise it’s a ballot but the other two on my F&F (my kids) will feel incredibly guilty.

Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
According to my account I have been successful in obtaining a ticket, ......"This is confirmation of your purchase".....
It then gives me a reference number, different to the reference given on my ballot applicication.
There are screenshots higher on this thread of emails that successful applicants have received, I haven't received that email, and it seems I'm not the only one.
How then would I have known that I have been successful if I hadn't been checking my account?
Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
I was talking about people checking their purchase history and such on their account, which they were never advised to do, not checking emails, which would be understandable

It will be interesting to see the content of the mandatory health questionnaire, and if anyone's offer of a ticket is retracted due to what is disclosed on the questionnaire.

If a person applied for a ticket for himself and say 3 family/friend tickets, if he was successful in the ballot does that mean he gets 4 tickets.? Or is each person balloted seperately?
Ps. I didn't get a ticket lol.

FOR CLARIFICATION
The club have confirmed to me that for anyone who applied for a number of tickets through their Friends and Family and at least one of them has received a confirmation email stating that they have been successful (even if that person isn't the lead applicant), this means that all those people you applied for have been successful. Apparently emails are still being delivered and people should also check their Spam box. Everyone then should log in to tickets.burnleyfc.com from Sunday 16th May at 8.15pm to claim your tickets.
Hope that this clarifes things.

Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
The fairest way would have been doing it through the points system like we do for away games, this would have been fairer with the loyalist fans being able to attend.
I have never used family and friends and have little understanding of it, but it appears to me that people who have multiple F&F have been able to get multiple goes at the ballot which is very unfair. The ballot was obviously rigged with those who have the most F&F getting first dabs.

Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
It's nothing like that, although you do admit you have little understanding. Friends & family is set up for purchasing away tickets so groups of friends/family can order together to get seats together. This ballot was obviously not rigged and it wasn't possible to get multiple goes in the ballot. I applied for three (me, brother and one friend) - that was it, we weren't able to make a second application.Top Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 15, 2021 10:50 amThe fairest way would have been doing it through the points system like we do for away games, this would have been fairer with the loyalist fans being able to attend.

Incorrect....... applications for say 3 tickets through F&F would have had 1 opportunity for 3 tickets, not 3 opportunities for 3 tickets.Top Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 15, 2021 10:50 amit appears to me that people who have multiple F&F have been able to get multiple goes at the ballot which is very unfair. Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
Unfortunately unsuccessful for two tickets ordered under F&F. No problems with that at all - there were always going to be winners and losers and it’s simply tough luck I fell on the wrong side of it.

Once you clarets number was registered through one application, you wasn’t able to make another
Just like you are not able to purchase multiple away tickets on the same clarets number (whilst on not in general sale)
Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
Yes thats what I thought also, but if that is the case then why does it tell me...."Ballot Liverpool FC. - This is confirmation of your purchase." And then gives me a reference number.
In my account it also gives me confirmation that I was entered for the ballot and gives me a different reference number.
So maybe you can understand why several people on this site are a little perplexed with the ticket situation.

No - they couldn't - it was one application per person either individually or through friends and family - no one had two places in the ballot.Top Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 15, 2021 11:20 amDid your brother and friend also apply under there own names?

Re: Liverpool game - ballot update
Fair enough that answers my question.
Read above, one fella with kids who applied for 3 tickets only got 2 and now won't be going, this could be happening on multiple occasions with people not going because they can't sit with friends and family.
So who is going to use his tickets?

The one as an inidvidual as earlier on the thread. also as earlier on the thread, only reason all ended up applying in dribs and drabs and not as the four we intended was because of the issues with the ticketing system. Had we not had those issues, we would have applied once all together. And either all or none got in.

I applied for 3 on f&f. However only 2 emails have been received. Without the email you can't reply and do the health check, without the health check no ticket

It implies that the healthcheck can be done by the lead applicant. Which makes sense as there will be people attending who can’t complete an online form, too young, too old, no pc etc.

In my view, the mandatory health questionnaire is just a tick box exercise.
Is anyone who has been successful in the ballot going to disclose anything that may jeopardise their entry to the ground on Wednesday evening?
If there are any disclosures made, are they going to being checked and actioned where appropriate by the club?

You don't reply to the email, I understand that when you log into your account within 72 hours of the game commencing, you will be presented with a health questionnaire to complete and an updated supporter code of conduct to agree to before being able to access the e-ticket.lagerbilly wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 8:43 amI applied for 3 on f&f. When is going to be the best time to do the questionnaire? If you do it straightaway are you going to end up with terrible seats on the front row of the lower tier? Anyone know how it’s going to work?

I would think the seat location has already been allocated by the club, and will be revealed to the season ticket holder upon submission of the health questionnaire, and acceptance of the updated supporter code of conduct.
