Is the lead applicant going to be able to complete the health questionnaire accurately for everyone in their group?
That’s a good question given that we don’t know what’s going to be asked in any case.

Everything you need to know about claiming your match tickets for Burnley v Liverpool

The ballot for Liverpool tickets has now been completed. Email confirmations for those selected for the game have now been sent. Please ensure you check any additonal folders you may have (junkbox folder etc).

Successful applicants will also be able to see if they are eligible for the game in their online account.

If you have not received an email confirmation by 5pm, Friday May 14, unfortunately you were not picked from the random ballot.

Successful applicants will be able to log-in to tickets.burnleyfc.com from Sunday 16th May at 8:15pm to claim the full number of tickets you applied for in the ballot.

When you claim your tickets, you will also need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire which needs to be completed within 72 hours of the game as part of the online process.

Additional links to the new match code of conduct form will also be available ahead of your arrival at Turf Moor.

Supporters will have until 8:15pm on Tuesday 18th May to claim their tickets online.

The supporters account who applied must log back in to do this and you will only be offered the applied for amount of seats. The number of seats allocated will be as per your application and you will be able to select the appropraite people from your friends and family to check out.

Seats will be automatically allocated in the ballot, with any successful group tickets through Friends and Family sitting in close proximity to each other.

Please note: paper tickets are not being used for this fixture. You will therefore need to produce your e-ticket at Turf Moor on Wednesday evening.

All supporters Aged 16 and over will be required to show photo ID with their match ticket. This can be a drivers licence, national ID card, student ID, NHS ID, a bus pass, work ID or a passport.

CLAIM YOUR TICKETS HERE FROM 8:15PM SUNDAY, MAY 16

Accessible Stands/Disabled Supporters

Registered disabled supporters who usually sit in the accessible stands will receive a successful email. This will advise how to supply the matchday accessibility team with additional information about their needs.

Registered disabled supporters who usually sit in general admission seats will also receive a successful email, but will need to ensure that they have advised us of the details of their personal assistant in their application, or email our Supporter Liaison Officer, Anita Goodenough, on slo@burnleyfc.com to confirm who will attend with them.

SSO & LOGGING IN ISSUES

If any supporters who have been successful in the ticket ballot for Liverpool tickets has any issues logging in to their account, or SSO issues please use the SSO Support Form below.

You will be priortised over the next 48 hours to ensure you can receive your e-tickets.

GENERAL INFO

All supporters attending the game will be asked to arrive at a dedicated time slot, to stagger the entrance prior to kick off. More info to be released in due course.

Please note, there will be no concession kiosks open at Turf Moor, but there will be food provision externally around the vicinity of the stadium.

The Clarets Store will be open until 8.15pm, and a printed matchday programme will be available to purchase from the store on matchday.

Once inside the stadium, supporters must head straight to their allocated seats and wear face masks.

At the end of the game, the manager, players and staff will embark on a traditional, end of season lap of appreciation.

NOTICE: The club has disappointingly been made aware of some supporters already offering to sell their FREE tickets if they are successful in the ballot. This is strictly forbidden. Anyone found selling/forwarding e-tickets may have their account suspended by the club, and anyone attempting to attend the game under another supporters details will be turned away from the stadium.

Disgraceful if that is the case. There are 1500 supporters that have missed out so how you can look to profiteer from this is beyond me

Let's hope those people caught are told to take their ST business away too.

I’ve a mate who never misses a game and he’s distraught at missing out, and then you read this. I believe proof of id will be required making tickets non transferable.

Brilliant gesture from our club to make them free with a wish that those successful donate to charity but making them free does mean you will get this and others applying and then not using them. Maybe it would have been better to make a charge and then donate the money received for the tickets to charity.

There were posters on here saying they were entering the ballot with no intention of attending. They may or may not have got tickets, but what was the point of applying other than to pass the ticket on.

Sad to hear that. I’m sure I’m not alone in being utterly gutted at missing out on getting to the Turf with my Dad. I guess it was bound to happen though.

Fully agree. But don't know just how they would think that they could get away with it seeing as you have to show ID to gain entry. Anyway, hope they get caught and banned.

Unless it's photo ID, it will be easy to get round unfortunately

I suppose it will depend on how carefully they check photo id against actual person. Will they have the time and inclination? I really hope anyone trying to abuse the system
is stopped and punished.

How does a 450 mile round trip sound? That’s me on Wednesday night
A mere 220 for me but, seeing as I'm at a loose end on Wednesday, I'm going to make a day of it, maybe heading towards Pendle for a few hours' walking.
I did wonder if the distance might rule me out of the ballot but no, apparently not.
It will be interesting to see how long the BFC website crashes for tonight. ;)

They should have plenty of time to do the checks. I'm assuming three stands open, all lower tier ?

If there is a name on the ticket it will have to match with the ID, photo or not.

You are not alone. My son is devastated we didn’t get the email. After over 12 months of lockdown we felt this was a little bit of normality. I’m not happy either to be honest. I know it was a ballot and ultimately a lottery but still hard to take. Those who were successful have a moral duty to attend and honour their application. If they don’t, shame on them.

It will be interesting to see how they're going to allocate our seats and what the number of stewards outside to check will be.
Again, I'm assuming the club will not want queues building up either inside or outside the ground. Will the food/drink kiosks be open ?

All supporters Aged 16 and over will be required to show photo ID with their match ticket. This can be a drivers licence, national ID card, student ID, NHS ID, a bus pass, work ID or a passport.

All the links pointed out to me, say it is photo ID, including one you've posted.

If photo ID wasn't required, hypothetically speaking, then a bill or similar, with the ticket holders name and/or address would suffice

All done and took less than two minutes. Our seats are very close to where our season ticket seats are (centre of the Longside upper) and we are sat together.

Cannot wait now!

The club have allocated a seat as near to my season ticket seat as possible.

I've just realised though, there's nothing advising what time I need to be arriving for, I understood it to be staggered arrival times?

When you claim your tickets, you will also need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire which needs to be completed within 72 hours of the game as part of the online process.

Were the 2 'No' boxes the questionnaire??

When you claim your tickets, you will also need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire which needs to be completed within 72 hours of the game as part of the online process.

Were the 2 'No' boxes the questionnaire??
Looks like it, not the most rigorous and detailed health questionnaire I've ever completed!

Am surprised there’s no mandatory negative result from a lateral flow test 24 hours before k/o. That’s what my colleagues who went onto Goodison had to do and prove back in December.
Not the most rigorous health questionnaire as has been said.

I'm surprised too, but then I realised how easy it is to claim you have a negative result from a lateral flow test.

don't you mean 'renewed' Bus Pass John? :o

Enjoy the match!

:D
Hahaha complimented by my bonus pension day Birthday next Saturday. Robbed of a year because of civil servant without an understanding of school leavers at 15 years old! Still 'I'm in the club' from Saturday, I made it :D :D

By the way this 'owd bugger' took 2 minutes to log in negotiate the various requirements and confirm his seat. Same Block and Seat No as my ST but 12 rows further up into the rarefied atmosphere

For anyone who hasn’t received an email, it’s worth checking your account anyway. I had the “success” notice in my purchase history but none of the people on my application received an email to say we’d been successful. Just checked my account though and was able to confirm my tickets.

Curiously, I'm 12 rows further down than my usual row! But a few seats along.
