Liverpool game - Claiming tickets and ground entry
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I applied assuming the tickets would be where I normally sit in JHL however they have allocated me in the Jimmy Mac upper and apparently you can’t swap them so there may be 2 back on the market Not sure I fancy it up there!
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Hope that you're going to inform the Ticket Office that you now don't want the tickets! PS - The JMU isn't like Mt Everest!
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
The ticket office must be busy this morning, i have tried phoning them solidly since it opened at 10 but it rings out. Can't believe I've done this!! argh
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Probably dealing with Phase 2 renewers who thought that they could pay their £10 deposit today but that date was changed on the website at the weekend to the 24th!

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I tried email and they replied really quickly. But they cant put us together "We cannot move any seats for this game due to following social distancing guidelines and the seating plan has been submitted based off the ballot entries"
If only I had just selected two we would have been together!!

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I think that if you don't like the seat being offered, don't get it yet. I was offered one right at pitchside in JHL near JM stand. Didn't fancy that as Im usually in JHU so like to be above play if poss.
I tried again this morning to be offered a seat in JMU right at the back - again didn't complete and I have now got what appears to be a decent seat in Bob Lord. Still would have preferred my own seat but its probably the next best thing considering I must have missed JHU offering

They are not back on the market. Once allocated, that’s it, no one else can have them. It was clear that you wouldn’t get your own seats.

I would have thought it would be a relatively simple process to contact a season ticket holder who was unsuccessful to inform them that they were now successful.
me stating this as an unsuccessful participant in the process!

Re: Liverpool game - claiming tickets.
Please can someone provide the link to the Web page this sits in. I have an issue regarding for the SSO SUPPORT Form but that link just brings a graphic of BFC/Lpool logo.Leisure wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 2:58 pmEverything you need to know about claiming your match tickets for Burnley v Liverpool
The ballot for Liverpool tickets has now been completed. Email confirmations for those selected for the game have now been sent. Please ensure you check any additonal folders you may have (junkbox folder etc).
Successful applicants will also be able to see if they are eligible for the game in their online account.
If you have not received an email confirmation by 5pm, Friday May 14, unfortunately you were not picked from the random ballot.
Successful applicants will be able to log-in to tickets.burnleyfc.com from Sunday 16th May at 8:15pm to claim the full number of tickets you applied for in the ballot.
When you claim your tickets, you will also need to complete a mandatory health questionnaire which needs to be completed within 72 hours of the game as part of the online process.
Additional links to the new match code of conduct form will also be available ahead of your arrival at Turf Moor.
Supporters will have until 8:15pm on Tuesday 18th May to claim their tickets online.
The supporters account who applied must log back in to do this and you will only be offered the applied for amount of seats. The number of seats allocated will be as per your application and you will be able to select the appropraite people from your friends and family to check out.
Seats will be automatically allocated in the ballot, with any successful group tickets through Friends and Family sitting in close proximity to each other.
Please note: paper tickets are not being used for this fixture. You will therefore need to produce your e-ticket at Turf Moor on Wednesday evening.
All supporters Aged 16 and over will be required to show photo ID with their match ticket. This can be a drivers licence, national ID card, student ID, NHS ID, a bus pass, work ID or a passport.
CLAIM YOUR TICKETS HERE FROM 8:15PM SUNDAY, MAY 16
Accessible Stands/Disabled Supporters
Registered disabled supporters who usually sit in the accessible stands will receive a successful email. This will advise how to supply the matchday accessibility team with additional information about their needs.
Registered disabled supporters who usually sit in general admission seats will also receive a successful email, but will need to ensure that they have advised us of the details of their personal assistant in their application, or email our Supporter Liaison Officer, Anita Goodenough, on slo@burnleyfc.com to confirm who will attend with them.
SSO & LOGGING IN ISSUES
If any supporters who have been successful in the ticket ballot for Liverpool tickets has any issues logging in to their account, or SSO issues please use the SSO Support Form below.
You will be priortised over the next 48 hours to ensure you can receive your e-tickets.
SSO SUPPORT FORM
https://media-cdn.incrowdsports.com/a67 ... nowe:0:216
GENERAL INFO
All supporters attending the game will be asked to arrive at a dedicated time slot, to stagger the entrance prior to kick off. More info to be released in due course.
Please note, there will be no concession kiosks open at Turf Moor, but there will be food provision externally around the vicinity of the stadium.
The Clarets Store will be open until 8.15pm, and a printed matchday programme will be available to purchase from the store on matchday.
Once inside the stadium, supporters must head straight to their allocated seats and wear face masks.
At the end of the game, the manager, players and staff will embark on a traditional, end of season lap of appreciation.
NOTICE: The club has disappointingly been made aware of some supporters already offering to sell their FREE tickets if they are successful in the ballot. This is strictly forbidden. Anyone found selling/forwarding e-tickets may have their account suspended by the club, and anyone attempting to attend the game under another supporters details will be turned away from the stadium.
Ive tried and failed to call the ticket office. I do drive past but according to the website it shuts at 4pm and I'll be there at 4:30pm

If the club ever did get a 21st century ticketing system,

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Was unsucessful in the ballot, but because of timings and dates involved I had to take the day off work just in case I did get a ticket, add that to so many wanting to attend I think it'd be pretty poor taste that anyone that was lucky enough to get a ticket didn't attend Wednesday night. I do fully expect someone to come on here Thursday and tell us how they didn't bother going sadly.
Hope that the lucky 3,500 have a great time, back the lads, make some noise.

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
So does this mean that some people need to arrive at 7pm, and some people need to arrive at 7.30pm, or the arrival time window is between 7.00pm and 7.30pm for some people, and 7.30pm and 8.15pm for others?
I suspect (hope?) that it's arrival windows, as the club will want a steady stream of people arriving for certain blocks, rather than everyone arriving at the same time, and potential for gathering.
I'm confused!

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I assume everyone can leave at the final whistle together?
If so, you'd get a more staggered entry to the ground even without these guidelines than you will with exiting the ground, so why bother?
If this is a sign on things to come next season, I hope there's an option for a ST refund because I'm out.
Living over 2 hours away from Turf Moor, a round trip on match day is time consuming, but if I'm told I have to enter the ground over an hour before KO, and potential staggered exiting, it's just too much hassle for me.

I would imagine that getting everyone to their seats with ticket checks etc requires more attention from stewards than it does to leave, hence the stagger- it’s my opinion not anything announced btw

I would have thought that fans will be told to stay in their seat at the final whistle and there will be announcements as and when each block can leave. Remember there’s a “lap of appreciation” to take place, which people might or might not want to stay for- just to complicate exit procedures!
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
With only 3,500 people to arrive, these arrival times are a bit stupid. 1 hour and 15 mins before kick off - with no catering facilities, no bars open- are we supposed to wait anothethour and a quarter at the end before we can leave?
