They simply can't split up family groups for safety reasons, so if everyone in group has applied it will have to be all or nothing.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Just a thought.... do you have to give authorisation be added to someone else's friends and family list?
I'm wondering if that's why some people are struggling to enter the ballot - someone else has entered them as part of their application?
As far as I am aware, you only need to know someone's surname, clarets number and post code to add them to your friends and family list.

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Under the system now you can both add someone to your F and F and add yourself to theirs but you need to know the details as above. I really don't see a problem with that, as why would anyone give those details to someone else if they didn't want that person to add them!Sean Dyche's Watch wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 10:44 amJust a thought.... do you have to give authorisation be added to someone else's friends and family list?

My only hope is that all of those people that have lots of people on their F and F list (and vice versa) only get ONE entry themselves, and are not ballotted repeatedly by being lucky enough to be on lots of different peoples F and F lists who have also done an application and so on, and so on...!!!!
It should be one entry only per Clarets Number, regardless of who’s list you are on.

Interested to see what the demand will be for this. I suspect that the majority of people entering the ballot will get a ticket.

Correct but each ST holder can only apply for 1 ticket per person, irrespective of how many different F and F that person is on. ie if you're on 3 different F and F you can only apply for a ticket from 1 of them.ayrshireclaret83 wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 11:49 amNo you need to go down and choose the people on your friends and family from the drop down menus

So someone can apply for a ticket in your name without your knowledge or consent, if you are on their friends and family list?

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
Info from the club for those either getting messages about multiple applications or struggling to login -
Yes we are aware of this issue – its with the support team looking for a fix.
Please direct them to complete the SSO support form on the ballot story (half way down) and they will be replied to in turn – and if they do that they will be entered into the ballot manually if they are eligible. If its not fixed before the ballot deadline – which im sure it will – they will be entered manually by us.

Not me...
When my Stepson got wed up in Guisborough I booked us into the Hotel (with my Bro as lead name on the Booking)... when we checked in there were a few disappointed ladies on reception thinking Spandau Ballet were checking in

Re: Liverpool game - ticketing preparation
After trying to link family members and change passwords numerous time I phoned up. Whoever has thought up this process needs shooting. I have used the website before and it works perfectly. Then try again and it doesn’t recognise my password or Clarets number. So frustrating.
Anyway the phone was answered quickly and with 60 seconds I was in the ballet. The lady who answered was very helpful but sounded exasperated at the website. She said there was call after call after call of exactly the same problems. It’s a shame in this day and age that the website is not up to scratch thus putting unnecessary pressure on a few office staff.

season ticket holder paid-up to 20/21
as my friends and family had been removed (without informing me) I tried to update them today to allow me to enter all 3 of us for ticket ballot.
I'm now 'frozen-out' and cant evn enter just myself in ballot as computor says 'NO'
as I've had no reply to my 2 earlier emails what chance of a reply before Friday 14th?

The club's IT/website people have a hell of a lot to answer for! Probably hiding behind their screens and the unfortunate Ticket Office staff continually having to bail them out! The club really do need to get the ticketing site sorted out!
