Re: Keith Hill
They have been poor for a couple of months. Vaughan out hasn’t helped but he got them from 13th to the playoffs and a Wembley final. Outrageous decision unless summat has gone off behind the scenes.

Re: Keith Hill
Heard this on the radio with amazement.
Palios says in a statement that he took the decision to give them the "best chance" of winning the playoffs.
(Liverpool Echo)
Fair enough, I don't know anything about their recent form/results, but I would have thought their "best chance" would be with the bloke who's actually got them up there.
Extraordinary.
Depends how it pans out, I suppose.

Sounds like a Mourinho-esque fall out between Hill and all the players.

Agreed. I’ve just done a £10 seaside treble to win playoffs, Bournemouth, Blackpool, and Morecambe. C’MON!!!

In an interview on saturday apparently he slated the club, fans and players, the fans on twitter couldn't be happier that he's gone. I've always seen him as a Yosser Hughes kind of bloke... bit of a knob!

Was a popular choice on the message board to replace Howe. He was doing well at Barnsley at the time.aclaretinstevenage wrote: ↑Tue May 11, 2021 9:09 pmIn an interview on saturday apparently he slated the club, fans and players, the fans on twitter couldn't be happier that he's gone. Re: Keith Hill
Also part of Peter Shilton's particularly " unsportsmanlike " Plymouth Argyle team in the 1993/94 Play Offs, who came to Turf Moor with the express intention of ending Ted McMinn's season ... and one of the two Argyle central backs left for " dead " by Super Johnny Francis ( twice ) during the 2nd leg at Home Park ...
A relative has had some dealings professionally with James Vaughan, let's just say that between him and Keith Hill, they don't spoil a pair !!
