Help required please - Clarets account
Can someone please remind me how to update an old Clarets account to the new site.
Did mine sometime ago, but did not do the kids.
The new site specifically asks for email and password, but my kids don't have an email registered on their old accounts. They both have Clarets numbers, but now it only lets you put in an email addresses.
Being told I've been successful in the ballot, but like others its only showing 1 ticket when i applied for 3.
Thanks for any help.

Have you tried inputting the clarets number?
Know it says “email address” but I’m sure others have been to access using the number

Yes, I've tried that and you could do that previously. It gave you the option of either putting in an email address or Clarets number.
If you put your Clarets number in, you just get "Email field contains an invalid Email address".
Thanks anyway.

How many of us have been issued with new clarets numbers so have no loyalty points!!!
Ive been to the ticket office, was told i was one of several accounts who haven't transferred properly, they took all my details and said it would be sorted.

I had exactly the same, emailed the club and it was sorted ( took a week for the response)The Hung Juror wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 8:14 amYes, I've tried that and you could do that previously. It gave you the option of either putting in an email address or Clarets number.

Just out of interest - did the club email you to say you had been successful in the ballot?
If so I think the club should also inform those who have been unsuccessful in the ballot.
STOP PRESS - . Just read the club website about the ticket ballot, everyone who has been successful will be informed by 5pm today.
