Re: Burnley v Leeds - Match Day Thread
Vyds has to score there, we're playing with much more intent this half, but we need to score when we're on top.
Bamford off for Leeds, so he won't be scoring today.

Commentator said BPF had no chance for that but I think Pope would have saved that.

It’s on Dyche today I’m afraid. So Jekyll and Hyde at the moment.

Thought the goal was a bit raggy at first but it was a great little touch from Harrison

Right, had enough of this.

Leeds just have a bit more quality as league positions tell us.
Re: Burnley v Leeds - Match Day Thread
Beaten by a much better side, Dyche fit is a myth, it should be Bielsa fit because these lot have out worked us to death.

BPF has not had much to do, and when he has, he has been found wanting I’m afraid. There’s a reason why Leeds let him go.

Re: Burnley v Leeds - Match Day Thread
Decisions decisions. Leading up to their goal McNeil makes the wrong choice trying to shoot. They win the ball back and know exactly what to do, which pass and run to make.
We lack composure and our decision making is poor all round. No one really knows where the next man is.

Raphina rolls 15 yards and the commentary team wonder why Westwood is irritated....

Re: Burnley v Leeds - Match Day Thread
About as on the ball as our defence today apparently. good job this match is meaningless given this dire display, but some of the comments always make me chuckle. at the end of the day we've done what we set out to do, and that's maintain our PL status, so despite a disappointing showing today, we've still had a successful season overall, and it's worth remembering that when all the doom mongers start whining.
Just ask Sheff Utd, West Brom or Fulham if they'd rather swap places with us or not.

Probably showed too much ability in training, so Dyche opted for workhorses instead

Typical end of season fare from us. A little bit off it. That said one very good finish and one deflection which however deft could have gone anywhere

Unwanted new PL record of 8 straight home games without a win.
