Can't say they didn't deserve it. We reacted so slow. Cork had no idea he was there until it was too late.

Shame as there have been some.good performances all over the pitch first half. Harsh on us but but it looks like it will be another game without a win.

He went for it with his feet and kicked it in. Simple save for Pope. Cork lost his man though.

And Taylor lost the ball very cheaply in the lead up.

Very good all round team performance. Unfortunate to be down. If only Wood could've have taken an excellent opportunity.

Thought we played pretty well. Norris at fault for goal. Gotta stop those. Think Vydra would give their central defenders all sorts of problems

Bad goal to concede at a bad time, we'd done ok until then. I don't see what Norris could have done about that TBH. Their first shot on target and they score, that's the difference between the top teams and the rest.

Admittedly Pope probably would have saved that but really the error was Cork’s for not being aware. Poor positioning

Would like to see Vydra on at start of 2nd half but more likely to be around 70 mins

Need to put more pressure on the two youngsters at the back

Very good performance. Can’t deny Liverpool have edged the chances but we’re unfortunate not to be on the scoresheet.

Norris could have done better but that was a free shot from 12 yards out so can’t put the blame squarely on him. Doesn’t seem like our back up keepers have a save in them though which is a worry!

Great first half. Let down by keeper in the end. That was a simple one for any keeper!

As for Ben Mee.....Ten Mee on that first half. Brilliant.

If only we had taken a chance or 2!

Come on Burnley for the 2nd half.

Here is Madge to keep our spirits up.

True, and you could tell from his reaction he knew he’d messed up. But Norris just fell over an wafted a leg. Not great.

Such an easy goal for them, they've been trying it all game. Full back overlaps, cut back to the centre forward.

Everyone and their dog knows Firminho is a false 9. Better marking and a look over Corks shoulder and it would be fine. Was a peashooter that Norris flapped at. Not hard to save.

We look slow in defence, slow to react, slow physically. Still on the beach a bit.

Still though it could be worse, they've wasted so many chances and we've generally been pretty good. Much better than against Leeds.

A striker moving unchallenged onto the ball in front of the goal that gets a deflection off a defender - and it’s the keeper’s fault?

Because whenever we concede it's got to be someone's fault, it's the UTC board way unfortunately and there always has to be a scapegoat, sums up society these days alas.

I think we've responded to the drubbing on Saturday pretty well, and we could possibly have taken the lead through Wood, but when you get chances against sides of this quality you really need to take them, still it's only 1-0 and we're well in this game as long as it remains only 1.

Vydra should get a go early in the 2nd half, if not at the break, and their defence doesn't exactly look watertight, so we can still get a result here.

It’s called analysing what happened. As fans should everyone sit there and think “ah they’ve scored, bound to happen, they’re a great team”?

A very strange way to watch football if you ask me. It’d be like not saying how good something was because that’s what they’re there to do.

Norris will probably be disappointed he didn’t save it, but it’s hardly a clanger.
