Dyche was getting pelters about signing players like Arfield, just seconds before he scored.

Maybe they couldn’t find the footage from pre-season friendlies

Love Andre's goals. Space to run into & bang, great powerful strikes.

I remember him playing as a trialist in pre-season at Morecambe and one poster on the board said that if that was the quality of player Dyche was looking to bring in then we were going nowhere but down. That was the day I always heard Dyche Out chants at the end of the game, a game we'd finished with the following line up: Alex Cisak, Alex Coleman, Michael Duff, Ben Mee, Tom Anderson, Ross Wallace, Steven Hewitt, Junior Stanislas, Luke Gallagher, Jason Gilchrist, George Porter.

As per the video - surprised not to see Charlie Austin on there - first goal at home v Watford and last at Watford in the following season.

At first glance I assumed the OP couldn't spell Moore.

That Ian Wright goal at Brentford - never have i been so sure that a Burnley player will score a one on one. I was in the stand where the camera was and from the minute he went through my thoughts were "he'll score, it's Ian Wright, it's what he does. Time after time for Arsenal, he will do the same here". And of course he scored.

One of my favourite away games.

Unreal game that, knew we were going up after that game.

Did he not almost get one just before when it hit the post and bounced to Mullin who scored or am I dreaming that?

Can't remember that but i do know that Chrichton pulled of a blinder of a save right at the end to keep it at 3-2

The whole away game experience after Wright came in was arguably my favourite as a fan. Was it Colchester on the Friday his first away game? Then all that period with Gillingham last gasp away point Tuesday night, Blackpool, Cardiff, Oxford, Brentford and obviously Scunny.
Still remember that Tuesday at Gills like it was yesterday, what a feeling seeing him get his first goal & such a vital point.

I wish you'd let me know that you knew, it would have saved me all the turmoil of the Scunthorpe game. I was somewhat stressed that day until the final whistle blew.

There was such a buzz after the match, it just felt right.

I must admit, I thought we'd blown it when Gillingham stuffed us a week or so before.

We won at Oxford and we came home believing we could make the top two after that recovery but then lost to Gillingham. Brentford was brilliant but ultimately we had to win seven of the last eight to go up and I always feared Scunthorpe might go wrong. We actually went behind in all of the last three away games.

Some header from Vokes, his last goal.

The old clips annoy me with the silly blurred sides of the screen. I don’t know why they do that.
