Good luck to him. He can say he’s played Premier League football and scored at the highest level of our game. No one can take that away from him.

I think he knew that regular first team football was unlikely at Burnley so good on him making the move

I take it you haven't been stuck in that away end at the final whistle. I'm amazed it gets a safety certificate.

Wish him all the best. Plenty to offer but not had the play time to get up to Premiership level, so a good move for him to get his feet under the table in a first team and settled.

Unfortunately a place in the first team at Premier League level isnt about gaining experience to eventually get up to the required standard

Swansea were rumoured to be paying £700k for him.

Be around there I think.

Exactly! Good decision to go and try to get some games behind him in a very tough league. I think he'll do well there.

That's good if it means we got a higher fee or do you mean they didn't want to deal with Swansea?

We can’t choose who you want to deal with when a player is a free agent.

I guess without knowing the fee its impossible to know if we were done by a Dunne deal, or if we done alright from the Dunne deal.Think it was well done by both parties.Good look to Jimmy, will be looking out for him

And half time on the concourse under the stand is certainly not an experience for the feint hearted!

The article on the official site says that the club have had a return on the investment which indicates to me that we have received a decent sum.

Decent move for Jimmy to get himself a Championship club, and yes he'll always have that moment at Leicester in his memories, and if I recall correctly that was his full PL debut, so not a bad stat for him to bag.

Good luck Jimmy, and we may yet see you back at TM in the near future, though hopefully in a PL fixture and not a Championship one.

P.S make sure you put one in the Rovers net when you visit Ewood cheers. :)

We signed James from QPR but didn’t sell him to them.

You are a bit random aren’t you. You seem attached unrelated asides as though it’s additional wisdom, I find it rather strange… but yes completely agree
