With so many EFL clubs on the brink, having someone on board who knows how to screw your creditors, and get away with it, might seem like a good idea.
He should have been banned for life for what he did at Leeds. The only positive was it screwed Leeds as well as the creditors, although it should also have been worse for Leeds as a club. Bottom of the pyramid would have done.

That’s it. Our pitch wasn’t ready so we played it at Huddersfield who already had a Desso pitch. We played on ours a week later v Forest in opening league game and it was still not finished and cut up horrendously.
