Renewing season ticket on website

Any other phase 2 renewers having issues on the website? The item has been in my basket then wouldn't let me past the" update details " section. Then, lo and behold, it has disappeared from my basket entirely! Tried to go back in to the renewing section and I get " You have no season ticket renewals to add to your shopping basket ". Most frustrating.

Did that with me, i had to update my details , i just changed my first name by adding a capitol letter then updated and bought my ticket after that

Did exactly the same with me......going over tomorrow to pay with cash, surely no problems.

Thanks everyone. Will give it another go. A bit daft having to update details when there's nothing to update!

Finally! Not the easiest website I've navigated. No surprise Amazon is so successful as its much simpler! I'm no business guru but I was always led to believe the first rule of marketing was to make the product as easy to buy as possible!
