Did any Burnley fans travel over for these games? I imagine they've some interesting tales to tell, especially as the USSR was on its last legs at the time.

A couple of my friends wanted to go but the only way they could do was if they provided an itinerary when applying for a visa. They approached the club to assist but the club refused.
