'...Dyer, who scored the goal when Swansea beat us 1-0 at the Liberty Stadium...'

he certainly looked quick when he scored against us!

Wish Nathan all the best for his future!

I had no idea about that until reading this.

He might not be without a club for long, he ticks quite a few boxes...

Champions medal and a league cup one, not too bad.

Been on the fade football wise for the past 3 yrs
A sensible decision
His peak was tearing Millwall apart at the Turf while on loan for us
Never quite had the long career he had potential for despite his two highs

He was certainly a much needed breath of fresh air into that Burnley side off the bench. I was sorry he didn’t stay. Enjoyed watching his career develop, it was great to see him in the Premier, but after that I kind of lost track of him.

Just a kid and we got him because ‘Arry did Cotterill a favour but as soon as ‘Arry walked at Southampton they recalled him otherwise we’d have had him for the rest of the season.

Did anyone else hope this would be a thread about Danny Dyer's acting career. :)

Just joking Danny.

On Nathan he wasn't with us long, but he impressed in his brief Clarets tenure.

Only 33 and he's not going into coaching I note, but instead he wants to be a mentor for the youngsters.

Best of luck to him in his future, and he enjoyed a decent career, a PL winner, LC winner, and Championship play-off winner.

Absolutely crazy he's that old, I still remember him coming off the bench for his debut, I think against Millwall? his shirt was 10x too big, one of my favourite loan signings, brilliant exciting young talent.
